Was a bit sloppy (I had everything on my burger), overall it was clean, definitely had to try their cajan spiced fries; they were salty but great addition to the burger. Only thing I can complain about is wait times but the peanuts make up for that ? Definitely would visit again! Wish they still had the brandon location but ?♂️ oh well
Really good burgers. I don’t even generally like burgers, but tasty! Can chose your own toppings. Fresh made. Two types of fries. Great portions! Decent price.
Decent food, order accuracy can be an issue however and a couple times I've received burnt and/or broken burger patties. Unfortunately this 5 guys doesn't have milkshakes (was told only the one on Pembina has them). Most of the time pretty good.
I ordered a hamburger and little fries and a bottle of water. The hamburger was a homestyle pair of patties on a sesame bun, roughly the size of a baseball/softball, wrapped in foil. The patties were beefy, but not very flavourful. I had ordered it with grilled onions and mushrooms in addition to the usual tomato and lettuce, which were present, and mayo and A1 sauce (I would have preferred HP sauce, a much tastier steak sauce), which were not. It was therefore a dry offering. It was busy at the order desk, so I didn't complain and ask for a rebuild.I slipped one of the patties out so that I could fit it into my mouth, and ate it in the very simple red-and-white dining room. The counters and tables were clean but the floors were dirty. The fries were a very large serving for "little", and I ate about 1/3.All in all, an acceptable meal except for the omissions.I'd far prefer for the order to be made right to start, than have to go back, especially considering the cost. The cost was very high for this simple single meal.I would have had a much more flavourful meal for 3 more people if I had used 2 two-can-dine coupons at another burger place, I'm thinking of A&W in particular. Will I go back? Meh. Maybe, if there was a great coupon, and if I went at a low-pressure hour were the order had a better chance of being filled accurately.
The service was great and we love the quality of the food! The young lady taking our order was kind and patient while we were deciding! The restaurant was clean and organized. We will definitely visit again
Always a great meal at Five Guys. This time though, they gave me completely green tomato slices. I asked for ripe tomato but was told these were perfectly fine and that all their tomatoes looked like that. I was offered a replacement burger, but this seemed unnecessary. As I began to eat, an employee quietly brought me some ripe tomato slices, so...all good.
I went from half way across town (with these crazy gas prices) to get some burgers for dinner while we watch the Jets game. Ordered (and paid for) three bacon cheeseburgers with fries. Got 2 and buns with toppings but no patties nor cheese inside? How do you miss your main ingredient??? No way I was driving half an hour to return it, of course, so you got two very unsatisfied customers eating one patty burger that I paid $12 each for. I would understand if that happened in a rush hour, but there was almost no one inside with only one order before mine! Unforgivable. Not sure if I'm ever coming back or referring anyone again.
Love the food, portions for the price is good, the workers are always nice, clean restaurant. Definitely will continue eating at this location.
02/19/2022 Cashier had a lot of problems understanding and taking our order (to go) . Of course, we took it home to a hungry family and found that everyone had toppings that were not ordered--and which my kids hate and are complaining incessantly about how much they hate it. In fact, no one ordered mushrooms or pickles or mayo so I don't understand why all 5 burgers had these items. Unhappy customer.
Absolutely the best burger I've had in a while, and I don't even like burgers. their large fry size is exceptional 5-star recommend. Five Guys in Winnipeg is a go-to place price is a bit steep, but you get what you pay for.
