Came in late on a Saturday and the staff was super friendly and courteous. It was my first time eating at this restaurant and it was delicious. You could tell the burger was not frozen and the gravy was super good. I was even impressed that (sorry the staff don’t wear name tags) the gentleman with a small ponytail asked how the food was, you don’t usually get that with burger joints. I definitely recommend stopping in!
Excellent staff, service, burgers, fries and shakes. Have Keto friendly lettuce wrapped burgers and you can mix milkshake flavours.
Delicious food and good customer service. I love the layout of the restaurant and the atmosphere as well. Something I also admire about this fast food chain restaurant is that they bring the food to you rather than you waiting at the front! Highly recommend if you’re in the area. A little pricey but worth it.

Food is good and consistent. Unfortunately staff were not wearing masks and customers are not required to wear masks. This made me feel uncomfortable, which is the reason I only gave them 2 stars.
I had the cheeseburger with bacon and got cajun curly fries on the side.Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The burger bun was stale. After a bite, I decided not to eat the top bun because it tasted too stale. The bacon was a bit burnt. The burger was mostly bland. I added seasoning salt from the table to try to improve the taste.The curly fries didn't have much flavour either, even though they were supposed to be cajun spiced.A staff member did come by my table to ask how my food was tasting. I told him the bun was stale and he looked uncomfortable with the feedback. However, he didn't offer to do anything about the stale bun.Overall, it didn't feel worth the $15 I spent on the meal. I don't recommend this restaurant.
My family and I have been fans since the day the doors were first opened. We have never had a bad experience and it’s like going home. The staff are the best. So happy they stayed nimble and found a way to continue to offer great food and service during the pandemic.
Place is getting dirty with new owners.... they need to step it up. Place runs smoothly when Zach is there and clean new staff and managers need to step it up.
