Took the hubby and his daughters for Father's day. it was our first visit and it was absolutely delicious! Will be back again. Service was good, food came quick amd everyone enjoyed their meals.
I had never been to this restaurant until today and I will be a return customer! The staff was friendly and very helpful with their top suggestions. The portions were a great size and the food was fresh. Always great food, never disappoints. Staff are always friendly & amazing that one of the staff remembered who we were & exactly how we like or food. Little pricey, but we’ll worth every bite!
We went there yesterday for dinner with 4 kids and 4 adults. We were all happy with the food we ordered. We has burgers, salad, chicken wing and tenders. Service was great and restaurant was clean. The manager, Pritee, was very friendly and accommodating. Would have been better if they had something for the birthday celebrant like a small cake or dessert.?
Burgers were juicy and fantastic. It's a little bit higher priced; however, I think it was worth it. Great customer service.
I ordered the winter special. 1/4 cheese bacon burger with fries and an Oreo milkshake, they did not disappoint, food was fresh delicious and customer service on point. Definitely one of the best burger joints around here. You pay a premium for the quality.
My friend and I came here for the lunch today for the first time. I ordered a grilled chicken burger and fat burger, both lettuce wrapped. The sandwiches were very fresh and delicious. The service here is excellent. They go above and beyond to bring the food to your table. For those of you who haven’t been here, I suggest you do. You will not be disappointed!
Besides the tasty food, the people working were so sweet to my toddler! He cried because he dropped his last fry, and they quickly brought him some more, and another Oreo pack. Talk about above and beyond!
Have previously had issues with the salad and had real action taken by the company to correct it. Returned for some good hand made chicken fingers and was happy with my food. Haven't ordered the salad yet again but that will be next on the list to see if they followed through!
The service was very good. Server told us it would be 20 mins for food. I guessed it had something to do with Skip the dishes orders. We said that was fine as we were not in a rush. Also, we did not want them to rush the order. The food was brought to our table in what we thought was under 20 mins, pleasant surprise. Now for the food experience. The California burger was ok, the patty was a bit flavorless and I thought it was not seasoned. It looked a little undercooked, slightly pink. They were very busy, that is why we said no rush. Onion rings were very fresh and hot, not much flavour but ok. California veggie burger in lettuce wrap was also ok but not a lot of flavour. Been to Fatburger over by Sterling Lyon parkway and Kenaston area, remember the Angus beef burger being more flavourful. Overall the service was very good and the food was just ok. For $30 the burgers should have been better. May give it another try, but there are lots of other choices for burgers in the area.
