Very good ambiance and kind, friendly staff.Food was good. They have couple of vegan,vegetarian options too. In desserts, Rasmalai and Jamoon wasn’t so good but there was one mango dessert… oh my god it was so delicious. Thanks to all the helpful staff members.
Best Indian restaurant in Winnipeg hands down! Has an amazing buffet with more selection then you can ever imagine. Everything taste fresh and top notch. The naan is freshly made and delicious. 10/10 highly recommend.
I can't believe I've never reviewed these guys before. YEARS ago when I lived elsewhere my brother took myself and our parents here after I returned from a trip to a India. I couldn't believe how delicious it was but I had only been in a India 3 months, so I was no Indian food connoisseur. Shortly thereafter I decided to return to India and then unexpectedly STAYED because I met the love of my life (Indian) and we remained there 5 years. When we returned to Canada, I DID consider myself a connoisseur! ? And obvs the husband is, too! We've been to loads of Indian restaurants in this city and this is the one we continue to return to. Authentic taste. Authentic design. Huge buffet selection. And they even let our kids sit on the marble lions for pictures. Price for kids is super reasonable. Their age + 0.95. And the owner, who has been there most of the times we've gone, is a super friendly, genuine guy. Treats each guest like they are important. This place is a win every time!
One of my favourite restaurants in Winnipeg. I love the buffet. Great choices, great taste. I always leave very satisfied.Service is always great and I’ve had the pleasure of meeting the family who owns the restaurant multiple times and they are lovely people who really know how to treat guests.
We went here for date night and happened to come on buffet night which was a big score!! The buffet selection is amazing and varied, and the atmosphere is friendly, warm and bright. Parking was a 10/10 as well with parking provided for customers of the restaurant across the street.
New place for me to try. All dishes were hot and full of flavor. I highly recommend the buffet. My only regret was not saving room for dessert.

If you are looking to enjoy the food and have authentic experience, you won’t like this place. Sure there is authentic vibe but the food itself is very bland. Indian food should be made with proper spices and authenticity . The staff and services are much better when compared to other places in with city but the taste is not up-to the mark, since this place has 4.2 stars rating with 1000+ reviews.
Disappointing buffet. Many dishes are watered down. Both veg & meat Starters had no taste at all and cold even though we came pretty early(why should it be cold anyway). Veg starters hardly had any options. Main course was a little better. Overall just alright. I've had their dishes a la carte by delivery and they taste much better. Buffet is also expensive and and on top of that they charge extra for all breads.
