Food was subpar and service was slow - and the restaurant wasnât busy. Took way too long for a weekday lunch - was very late getting back to work server apologized as they were having issues with the payment system.
Stop making portion sizes smaller here to cut your costs. 2 chicken tacos for 15 dollars ð it used to be 3.
Always enjoy coming to Earls! When we arrived the music volume was pretty loud (for our ears) making it uncomfortable for conversation. We asked if the volume could be turned down a bit and the staff were immediately âon itâ and turned it down a notch. It was nice to have them take care of us and be so understanding. We very much appreciated. Thank you!
We went for Brunch on Sunday and the food was delicious as was the summer watermelon drink. Service was friendly and attentive from lovely hostess to the server.
Really great evening. Just lots of fire trucks in Portage Ave which made the covered patio extremely loud.
We sat out on the patio during happy hour. Great price on my Corona. I had the ahi tuna poke bowl while the wife sampled all three kinds of soft tacos all off the happy hour menu. We were early for our 4:30 reservation. No problem getting seated right away and we were in and out before the hour was up. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. We felt very safe although we were one of few who wore a mask to walk thru the building.
Our server wasnât very attentive and missed an item we ordered. Hardly came back to check on us; it was 15 minutes after we received our food that she popped by. We had specified on our reservation we were coming in for a birthday (even carried in gift bags) and our server noticed nothing. Usually they would ask, âAre you here for something special?â, but there was nothing. We chose the option of paying at the table with the QR code because we were waiting too long for her.

Incredible steak and buttery mashed potatoes x 3 at our table last night .. Our server was awesome and the energy in the place was great! Only thing was .. they did NOT have our reservation that was made on OpenTable .. but we were lucky that they could fit us in anyway!
We had great service and the food was delicious. Really appreciate the new menu items as well. Loved our round booth seating but must say they kept the restaurant rather chilly ð¥¶. A little too much compensation for the heat outdoors ð
