We called 3 weeks ago to special order an ice cream cake for my dad's 60th birthday. We had been trying to get ahold of them for the last 3 days just to confirm everything was still on but they never answered their phone.. we finally got ahold of them the day of the birthday just to find out they never even made the cake. They didnt have an alternate solution or even give an excuse to why our order was missed. Just got a simple "sorry" at the end. So much for being able to enjoy his favorite cake on such a milestone birthday. Very disappointing and we will be sticking to our regular DQ going forward.
Why is ice cream different today? When the sever passed the ice cream to me, it is almost melted！is the ice cream machine broken?
This is my favourite location in the city. The food is always hot and fresh. The buns are never dry. The staff are always friendly ?
Ice cream was good but the service was not. After listening to the lady at the window tap a spoon on the counter I watched her put it in my ice Cream. When I asked for a new spoon she processed to give me attitude about it and when I got a banana split for my wife I got attitude about that spoon as well. I expected good service with it being a Dairy Queen but I got the complete opposite. I would strongly recommend going somewhere else for ice cream.

Terrible staff. Extremely poor customer service. Looking so moody and miserable. Cant answer you or hold a conversation. Buffalo chicken is horrible. One of the worst places to buy food. They should just stick with their ice cream.
Just went through the drive thru and got a lemon lime misty slush with light syrup. Got to the window and they got my 1 order wrong then gave it to me with the syrup all over the cup. Said this is not light syrup she said the lemonade is more money or something and i said no i want the same thing but with light syrup. She takes it back then pours out some of the drink then gives it back to me, i take it and i drive around to come inside and explain i want a new one because this is horrible and not made properly. The service was terrible. I will never be coming back.

Pourine was decent but double cheeseburgers were a bit burnt and dry. Usually better but have not eaten here before
The service here was terrible on December 27th, 2021. The individual manning the drive thru was extremely rude and unprofessional. She repeatedly frowned, sighed, rolled her eyes and her attitude was nothing short of contempt and disdain. If you're that angry going to work you probably should have considered calling in sick.
