Stopped by for a blizzard. Busy place. They still require masks for people to enter. Took quite a long to get our blizzards, but they were delicious as always.
I had made a skip order with the grant location. For 2 blizzards that ended up taking an hour and a half to arrive. I had originally given this location a bad review because of what the skip app was saying. But I had I think their manager? Wayne call me the following day to try and clear up why it took so long! This was very nice of him, he let me know the Order was ready to go within 10-15 mins of receiving the order and that they had to request new drivers because skip wasn’t showing up to pick up the order. He said they had to re make it after a while of sitting there. This location is very passionate about their service and customers and very much didn’t want it to seem like it was their service! Thank you Wayne for clearing this up and taking the time to make this right!! I will definitely order from you guys again and give you my service! SkipTheDishes needs to do better!
Very efficient accurate and friendly. The guy who took our order was doing an amazing job at running the place and got us everything perfectly and super fast and was very nice 11/10
I Ordered a smarties blizzard and there’s no sign or on the register and the receipt that there’s no chocolate sauce in the blizzard. The older lady that didn’t look a mgr yelled at us and blaming us about the chocolate sauce. And she lied about the signs and on the register and the receipt that suppose to have chocolate sauce. And this lady Verbalee insulted us.
Owner of this location is very rude. Does not value the customer. And also there is long waiting for food.Do not recommend to visit this location.
