DQ is great, I wouldn't recommend doing the drive through though. It always seems faster to go inside.
This location has gone downhill. Very dirty inside and in need of a thorough cleaning and overhaul. It is a busy location and staff are friendly. Picked up food which is decent however, sitting in...is a different story. Owner/Manager needs to get it done!Also....They're not on board with the points app as other locations are. ?
I get that things get busy, but I was obviously handed a peanut buster parfait that had been sitting on the counter for the 5-10 mins we waited in line in the drive through. My ice cream was soupy and my hot fudge was cold. Timing is everything, please make peoples ice-cream when they come to the window. No one likes sad, melted ice cream and cold hot fudge. I would have preferred to just send a fyi message privately to the store, but they don’t have a send message option.
Dinner for 2 $39. Thought I was ordering BBQ chicken meal but substitute my fries for onion rings and my wife ordered chicken fingers with fries meal she substitute fries for poutine. That cost us $39 and change.My chicken seems like they don't just barbecue sauce all over but my wife's chicken fingers were good but not $39 good. Read the fine print that's where they catch ya lol
Great food honestly - love the pretzel sticks!! But the ice cream always seems to give me & my fiance a stomach ache, and even though it tastes quite good, it's just way too expensive for what you get (the blizzards are insanely priced). But food & service were both good.

Came through the drive-thru on Saturday, Jan 29th and the lady taking our order was incredibly sweet!! When I got to the window she was all smiles, keeping a conversation with me while I waited for my frozen treats, and wished me a good day. And just before I was about to drive away, she asked if I wanted any coupons for the next time I visited. Obviously, I said yes! I wish I had gotten a chance to know her name so I could call the store and praise them for having such a friendly employee who genuinely made my evening.
This branch doesn't meet the quality served at the other Diary Queen's, soo disappointing :/
Ordered from the Dairy Queen on 981 Portage Ave. The Onions rings that I recieved were over fried to the point that the onion disintegrated and only a batter hull was left. I paid extra for onion rings and I know it isn't much money but service wise, why would you think this was acceptable to serve??? I work in the food industry and I would NEVER serve this to a customer even if it was free!!!
If you have zero respect for yourself this will be a great place for you.
