Went for supper last night with family on the patio. The food was delicious and plentiful. Started with calamari, then salad and then our entrees. The veal, pasta, chicken and seafood filled pasta were absolutely scrumptious. The service was attentive and was excellent as well! This restaurant has become my favourite for authentic Italian food and I heartily recommend it.

Lovely dining experience at this restaurant. The decor is unique and interesting - feels like you might be in Italy. We had Gnocchi alla Sorrento with mozzarella and parmigiano cheeses; Pollo alla Fiorentina - chicken stuffed with spinach and feta cheese with spaghetti, and Pollo alla Principesa - chicken with mushrooms, asparagus and mozzarella on spaghetti. Really great combinations of ingredients in all our meals. The asparagus was cooked perfectly. The plates were quite large and 2 of us had enough to take home afterwards. It was our first time at this restaurant. Our server was friendly and attentive and personable. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone that enjoys a great Italian meal. Lots of menu options from pizza, pasta, entrees, seafood, salads and appetizers. They also had an extensive wine list, cocktails, liquers, aperitifs, digestifs, specialty coffees and beers. Parking is available on Corydon and the side streets in this great neighborhood.

Incredible service! Food came out fast and server was very attentive despite it being busy. Seating inside is very comfortable and some booths are private if you want a more intimate experience. Food is great and exactly what you would like expect from a family owned Italian restaurant. I had seafood pasta, calamari and bruschetta. The pasta was delicious and the seafood wasn’t’ overly fishy tasting. Their version of bruschetta is more of a cheese toast and very filling. The calamari was OK and lightly breaded and a little rubbery. Maybe it was cooked too quick. I would of also liked tzatziki to be included. Overall it was a great experience and I can see why they are so popular.

Very 1970s cuisine: overcooked pasta, veal not very good, sausage of poor quality. Overall, the food is 1/5. The only redeeming factor is the friendly service, welcoming staff and outdoor patio. I hardly ever leave critiques but if you want good Italian cuisine, look elsewhere.

Came in for a quick bite and was blown away by the decor! Some seriously impressive wall carvings. Our 9inch pizza was delicious, surprisingly filling and topped heavily with shaved meat. Plus our server was lovely! We'd definitely return!

I was told this place was really good so I finally got a chance to go check it out. The place looks really nice both inside and outside. The waitress was nice but, the food was too salty. I went with a friend and we thought the same thing, also it was kind of dry and lacked taste, I feel they just dropped a bunch of salt to “make it taste good” without adding any other seasoning to it. We also had salad and that was the best part tbh pretty basic tho, lettuce, onion, cherry tomatoes and olives. I’m not sure I’m giving it another try because it’s not that expensive but it’s not cheap either. Portions were somewhat big so we had to take a box home.

Solid local Italian restaurant on Corydon Avenue. With an outdoor patio. We went out on a Saturday night, packed place. Food was large portions. Friday sounds easier to make a reservation. No electronic reservation system, old fashion phone call to reserve. Have had meals here in the past, solid consistent food just not memorable. Lots of regulars love the owners and place.

Over-‘hyped’. Their prices are high, the pasta and pizza were good but definitely not stunning, and their slice sizes are small for the price. Hours of operation are not good for evening to ‘late-evening’, and there seems to be not much choice closer to the end of their business hours.I don’t appreciate making reservations and being turned away when I show up for my birthday reservation. I do think the atmosphere is alright. I do think the location could be much better, and that the prices could be greatly improved. Will support other restaurants who don’t turn away business. ??‍♂️

i was told they could make any pasta gluten free and i told the server multiple times i have celiac i have a gluten allergy and they still have me regular noodles i found out the hard way. they did not care to make sure my food was gluten free and i suffered the consequences. if you have an allergy do not go here they don’t care.

Quick and Courteous service, hearty pasta dishes, but crowded and cold.We both had different pasta dishes, one with cream sauce and one with tomato sauce. We were expecting both dishes, Seafood Cannelloni and baked Ziti, to be baked, but both arrived on cold plates. The plates weren't room temperature, they were cold, and our food was not hot as a result. They did serve us warm bread though, which was nice, just wish our dinner entrées were as well. They've got some fun decor, that kind of reminded us of a Disney theme restaurant, but slightly more charming. Their dining room appears to extend beyond the front of the restaurant, but they crammed all patrons into closely arranged tables. Resulting in a loud dinning room and getting my chair bumped by passers by more than once.We may go again to try some other dishes, but we will go in summer and hope that our food will be hot this time and that some of the crowding will be relieved by the patio.
