i ordered ribs and the server didn't know that they were out of ribs.
We frequent this Chop because of its consistent quality, and I am especially fond of the Chop salad and any of their smoked steaks!

It was a good experience; however, I took my girlfriend there for her birthday and put a special request down so they knew we were celebrating a birthday and they completely forgot or just didn’t do anything. Other people around us were getting happy birthdays but my girlfriend did not. Was a bit disappointed but we made the most of it.
