Really love chicken chef food. The fried chicken is better than any other chicken joint.
Food was good..however the dine-in room should be cleaned. All the old leftover food/crumbs etc left on the seats, benches and tables was nasty and since I was 1 of only 3 people in the dining room I'm not sure why they couldn't clean. Appearance is EVERYTHING when it comes to food/eating.

They have a Keto pizza that is very tasty. For those of us that needs to watch our sugars, it a tasty treat. Plus the two ladies that help me there were very friendly and helpful. Mark this on your map!
Very friendly staff and food was really good. The price and portions were very good. We would definitely recommend this place. Chicken was fresh, juicy and crispy sand chicken wings were one of he best I tasted in the city.
The miserable old woman who answers the phone needs to be fired. Ordered a 2 piece dinner with 2 keels (which is an option on their menu) but was told they couldn't do it because it breaks up "their buckets". They sell plenty of 2 and three piece meals, not just buckets so I have no idea why she made up this story. Also ordered gravy which we didn't receive. When we called to ask about it she said we didn't order it. We definitely did. But there was no way she was going to take responsibility for her mistake. This is not who you want as the face of your company. It's time for her to move on to retirement. Hire someone who wants to work and won't be completely miserable to your customers.
I have to believe that this was an accident, but I have a photo of a staple that my granddaughter found embedded in the dressing of her chicken drumstick. Thought you should be made aware. I can't figure out how to post a copy of the photo here, but can under a different cover.

Awesome fresh cooked lunch and everything was hot and well prepared visually and it was delicious. KETO pastry and cakes,desserts also on the menu. Thank you to George for the fantastic experience of the service and friendly staff.
Flavour of the chicken was delicious, crispy, and good value. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the chicken is very greasy (but doesn't detract from the crispiness or the general appeal) and they for some reason didn't give napkins.
