This Pembina location has very slow service, I had been there multiple times and I stopped going there since one time I had to wait for over half hour for couple drinks and the sever didn’t even let me know what is going on. The outlet one is even worst. The guy there just making his drinks and not even say hi or apologize to us while we waited for him for over 5 mins. The guy there basically no greeting or no communication with us waiting in store while he made his drinks! Very sad for sure we won’t be going there again and I do not recommend anyone to support chattime in either location because of the poor service. It is just rude that the guy in outlet mall don’t even apologize for what we waited for. Very rude!!!
They are usually amazing but this new cashier they hired will run them out of bussiness. No manners how to talk. And complete messed up my order and never have i ever had this had service. Im a regular customer i go there atleast 3-4 times a week and im very much disappointed
Worst experience ever , my order was wrong and when I explained that this is not what i asked for the employee was very rude and she made a very big deal out of it and suggested to check the cameras over having the wrong type of bubbles . Incredibly disappointed.
When I came in to pick up my order from Hungry Panda, several people lined up in the store. I stood at the pick-up table wait for my order about ten minutes, but no one answered me. I tried to call the staff, and one of the female staff is so rude. She just yelled at me and told me to wait. I understand that you're busy when there are some customers in the store, but that's no excuse for your rude attitude. This is so unacceptable they should definitely get retrained. Seems I'm not the first reviewer about the attitude of the staff. Never going back. Horrible experience.

The drinks we bought were very good. My son loved his Tea and milk. I got the Strawberry smoothie and I enjoyed it.

The employees are incredibly slow at taking orders, they repeat everything back to you painfully slowly. I got the milk tea smoothie and it was so chunky and horrible. I could have made a better one at home, I don't think their blender can blend ice properly. Just disappointing service and a waste of money. I only go there when khab is too busy or closed but never again.
Tasty teas! Reasonably priced and well made.I love the classic milk tea with bubbles. Their sugar level flexibility is also awesome. Simple and easy to personalize a drink for your own.I recommend.????
Pretty standard bubble tea place. Quick and efficient workers.My only complaint is that the price of the drinks keeps going up :(
