Had their signature burger, Capital burger with home-style fries and a ice cold Little Brown Jug draft for happy hour, it was excellent! I wasn't expected much, but it was very tasty and filling. Kind of a non-descipt strip mall building on the outside, but cozy lounge/restaurant inside. Has a outdoor patio, but it's winter and it was stacked with snow.
Lovely dinner. Inside is a very friendly, casual yet elegant atmosphere. Food is on point and very fair in pricing. We travel close to 40 minutes whenever we come here and it’s always more than worth it.
Went there for the fried chicken fest. It's ok in there but the sandwich was a let down. The meat was almost non existent and my wife's was the exact same! Drinks were good. All the best guys.
Went here for Chickenfest as competition item sounded great online. Chicken burger was okay - though chicken was far too small for size of bun. suggest either increase pricing and do bigger piece of chicken or reduce size of bun. Waited a while for drinks. Staff were friendly.
Our party sat down for a late lunch on a Friday afternoon. We each had a different selection from the menu (fish, cutlet, vegan dish, soup) and each stated how really good the food was. Our server was friendly and efficient and saw to our needs as required. Do not let the 'grill' in the title fool a patron - it was fine dining.
We ordered the open-faced pickerel sandwich with fries and arugula salad (that was on special), the New York steak salad and a chicken Caesar salad. The portions were perfect for lunches and filled us up nicely. The New York steak salad was underdressed, but after adding more dressing, it was delicious. The steak was cooked perfectly to my liking. The pickerel sandwich was enjoyed tremendously too. The chicken Caesar wasn’t very good at all. The lettuce was all core, no green parts of romaine lettuce, underdressed and super bland, even the chicken. That part we would not recommend and avoid in the future. The server was very pleasant and I liked the atmosphere.
Just ate lunch her and it was wonderful. The fries, oh my gosh, the fries! Seasoned with lemon pepper, kosher salt, dill and sesame seeds…… not at all overpowering, just a wonderful flavor. Service was quick, efficient and welcoming. Terrific food. Eat here, yiu won’t be disappointed!
Really good food. Steak salad had fresh veggies and great sized 5oz I believe.Thai soup was alright as well.Would pass on the Angus beef burger. Try the Salmon or something off the larger plates section of the menu.Love the patio area great addition to the atmosphere. Staff were great as well.Wait times above average for food but all good drink menu is worked out in the meantime
Lovely atmosphere and great service. Enjoyed sharing applies on the patio. The tuna roll was delicious!
