First time coming here. Great customer service! The staff is very nice and super attentive. They made sure our glasses were always full. Food came quick and was delicious! We came on a Saturday, big group (birthday party) and we never felt rushed or a bother (like how other places make you feel if you come in a big group). A+ for your staff, they’re amazing!
Went for lunch, staff very friendly and prompt with service. Great atmosphere. Food was very good. Would recommend them for sure and will return.
Great service! We had a server named Chloe who was amazing. Vegan options are pretty good but what made the experience worthwhile was our friendly and kind server Chloe Z.
The food is always good. Atmosphere is friendly. I was a little perplexed by the multitude of server's and how many times and different people asked me how things were tasted. But that's a me thing. I don't like to be interrupted every 5 minutes but others might like that kind of service.
First time here. Beef noodle dish too spicy, even though asking for one pepper. Offered another dish to replace, but butter chicken was overdone. Steak hubby had was meh. Not sure we will come back.
Supper for two adults. I saw many interesting items to have on the menu, my guest, an elder who favours less-interesting food, had trouble figuring out what to order. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food tasted fine, but somehow left us wanting. We could not put our finger on it. The prices seemed a bit on the high side for what we got. Looking at the alcoholic drinks being served around us, you would probably be missing out if you are the designated driver in a group. I left feeling underwhelmed, but maybe another visit will change that.
Just finished a 18 hour work day drove all the way down regent and Henderson hwy looking for a restaurant that would have a great drink and a snack. THANK YOU Brown social house. Those old fashion drinks were the best I've ever had, and the pork dumpings yum yum. After a brutal long stressful day at work you put a smile on my face. Everything from the food to the drinks and the great service from the waitress. Spot on.Your my new go too restaurant.
The food was fabulous. Well worth the little bit of wait to be seated. We enjoyed the atmosphere with soft lighting and not too loud. The happy hour is well worth it. We will be back.
Very welcoming staff, good music, relaxing lighting, very extensive menu. Food came quick, and it was excellent. I got the fried chicken and pickles, which was a great choice for a lighter meal as I wasn't too hungry. On top of that, I ordered an Old Fashioned. Browns' take on that drink is great, I've never had one served with rye and a grapefruit slice anywhere else. It's a much appreciated alternative version to the usual bourbon and orange peel. I will definitely be coming here more often as it's not a far drive, and Browns is just a great chain all around.
Good atmosphere .... but the food quantity was terrible.... few fries.... and the chicken burger was more than half breading... gross...couldn't believe it..... prices up and quantity way down. Probably won't be returning anytime soon.
