Really great service and great prices for appy hour
Their service was great. The portion of the pasta was VERY FILLING AND SATISFYING.
Absolutely fantastic place to have a birthday lunch. Our server Tivea (not sure I got that spelt correct) was super. We had great service from her and she made our daughter feel really special on her Birthday. Definitely celebrate your Birthday at Boston Pizza! We enjoyed your free dessert promotion for Birthday celebrations in April!
Terrible experience today. The service was non existent. Our server saw us once the entire meal, to drop off plates. We had to flag down another server to refill our water, get a box to pack up leftovers, and to get the bill. Not once were we checked up on. To note, other tables had different servers and were attended to fine.
Boston had a great menu, family friendly atmosphere. It was busy but we were quickly seated, food came quick and it was nice and hot. My only critique would be that the furnishings are starting to feel old (all Boston Pizza not only this location).
My family including two young children came for dinner, it was very busy. We received amazing service from all the staff who were friendly and checked in on us regularly all while following Covid protocols. Food was served fresh and was very tasty. We will definitely be coming back!
We had a lovely waitress. We were a group of 12 bikers. Because we are a larger group we tend to stagger our orders. Our waitress made a error and the manager gave the girl what for. The waitress looked like she was going to cry more then once. She was polite attentive to our needs and made 1 mistake. The food was great. Mistake in my order made me wait. It happens. Im not used of seeing managers tie into staff in front of the public. I hope our tables tips made up for bad managerial skills.
Went in for brunch with a friend, was totally empty for a quite peaceful meal. I will recommend it for a friends brunch date . Food is okay. Staff is nice but isn’t available quickly. I know covid has slowed down restaurants traffic but be considerate of people of come in for dining. Otherwise good for a casual meal.
Came here after work late at night since it was the only thing open in the area. Staff was friendly and fast.
Very disappointed at today’s order, we are regular customers from this restaurant at least 1/ week . We ordered for a family of 3 and today’s portions were for 1 person. I do have to say time delivery was good and also the food was tasty!
