Given the shortages experienced by the entire food industry, i will excuse the tardy service, although will give points for the effort, as it was still leaps and bounds ahead of others. Food was good, but lacking in the quantity normally associated with BP and overpriced for the portion size.. Overall a good time, but it may be awhile before i return again.

Food and service were great and it was really nice that the kitchen is open so late. We showed up at 10 pm and had no issues.

Normal Boston Pizza options. Good sized portions, always hot. Staff is great which brings the rating to a 4.

Our waitress was fantastic, we had a group of 8 and she looked after all of us. Lots of drinks and the food came quickly.

Almost had to ask for a manager and a receipt as an $8 pizza & a $13 pizza some how added up to $48.... I would have left a tip but I wasn't treated like a valued customer.... the food here is fantastic.

Great location. Busy on a Friday night and quite loud, so of you're looking for a quiet dinner I might go somewhere else. The staff are nice and fun to interact with. If Ashley is making your cocktail, it's definitely going to be delicious ?. My partner and I come here fairly often and enjoy our time every time.

I don’t know if my expectations should just be lowered, or if things are just different now that Covid lockdowns are over.Tonight, I wanted to treat my family. When we arrived I needed a high chair for my 8m old. When I got ready to put him in it there was food spots inside ( just a few) and a bunch of random hairs and little flakes of dirt all over the tray. I promptly asked the server if she mind cleaning the chair for me, especially where babies eat off the tray, which she did no problem. Food was ok, but the specialty drinks my kids ordered had another gross hair in it. Obviously, they didn’t want to drink them after finding that surprise. I told the server of this issue and asked for the drinks to be comped and they were. This really didn’t sit well with me, and I just felt gross with all these hairs. So after our meal, I asked to speak to the manager. I told her what happened, and how I was really disappointed with the overall cleanliness. She apologized, and said it was unacceptable and she acknowledged that and said would you like a brownie to make it right. I said no thanks. I honestly wasn’t hungry after seeing these hairs. She said ok, I’ll make sure we take your comment seriously and we will make sure all hairs are tied back.I feel like a little something more should have been done to make things right. Idk. Not sitting right with me as a Payton. Before we left, we used the washroom and that was a mess as well. Dirty toilet& pre all down the front of one, the middle bathroom had a wet floor sign with a big puddle of water(I hope) that you had to walk through and broken paper towel holder.Cleanliness is obviously not key at this location anymore. So gross, I have no interest in going back to this location. I feel like they just don’t care.

Great service. Only thing was our appetizer and meal came together.

This location has hands down the best team/service. We go out to eat as a family every Friday most weeks and recently have been going to BP a lot to take advantage of their kids eat free promo in March. It is always insanely packed as it usually is in most restaurants on a Friday at 6pm. Usually when restaurants are packed at dinner time I expect service to be slow and to not see our server often but the team here somehow have never fail to consistently check in, in a timely manner throughout our entire meal. We never have to wait at all or go looking for our server, they’re always extremely friendly and the food is always on the table within 15-20 minutes and consistently delicious. Really impressed with this location can’t say enough about the employees here.

Got seated. That's it. Waited twenty minutes. Not even offered a glass of water, no acknowledgement as well just looks. This is the second time and the last.
