The worst service ever. We went to other locations so many times and always received good service and were expecting the same this time but we received the absolute worst service. Our server Ben was very rude to us the whole time. He wrote down our order and still got it wrong. It took them an hour to just bring us our food and we didn’t get most of it for much longer. When we were leaving we asked for a pizza box to take home the leftovers but he didn’t get it for us right away. We asked him 10 times and he still didn’t get it for us while the other tables got their take home boxes right away. When I asked him he said “I am busy right now”. That is no way to treat your customers and we understand that it was very busy but that is not an excuse to be rude to the people you are serving to. I wouldn’t recommend this place because I am sure you’ll leave this place just as frustrated as we did.

Sadly, it took the server 10+ minutes to greet us and another 10 minutes to bring us our drinks. Food took a decent amount of time and was tasty - we got what we expected having been to BP's many times before. Server did not ask how the food was and empty plates were left on the table despite hosts/servers/managers walking by. Server asked if we wanted more drinks and we said no. She promised to bring water and never did. Overall, seemed like they were anxious for us to leave since closing was approaching.
I was here twice in a week during the Home and Garden Show. First time by myself. Service was great, pasta was fantastic as I've come to expect from BP. Second time was with a group of 9, short notice reservation. The staff were very helpful in getting us a private room in the restaurant. The manager, Cristian Cruz himself came to serve us. Top notch, well done. He made the pizza and wings himself. They were fantastic. Well worth coming here for the experience. Only downside was the music was far too loud and they were unable to or didn't turn it down when asked. We were very impressed otherwise.
Good food and good service. I've been there once each month since January. They're great. January - server was very friendly, regularly checked on us and made us feel welcome. February - the server was also very friendly, replaced my drink when it was not made well (and he did so with humour) - slightly awkward like me but nice so 11/10. March - the server was fine (seemed a bit fake, but it wasn't an issue). Food has always been good.
The big dipper is still so delicious, our server was fun and we enjoyed our meal here.

I ordered vegetarian pizza and Boston’s pizza bread from this location. The pizza was great but size was very small as compared to the price I paid. The pizza bread was undercooked so didn’t taste very good. I highly recommend trying pizza from this location if you are comfortable paying high prices for small portions.
The service was good. Food was okay ,I ordered the NYC AAA steak on garlic toast. I like succulent meat ,and this was not it .The well done state of the streak I asked for came with a pink inside . I understand its charbroiled, but still should be fully cooked . I suggest they get another cooking method for this non sandwich, and also remove it from the sandwich area given you cannot even eat it as a sandwich with a lack of second garlic toast to go on top making it a sandwich. It was chewable, and tasty to a point, but like rubber on the garlic toast. Fries portion was minimal ,and I dont feel it really was a dinner . It only came on one little tiny peice of garlic toast . For what is labeled under sandwiches, didn't look like one . Fries didnt really taste that good either. Waitress also seemed fishy, and pushy .They also need music in the atmosphere, listening to a jets game is not what I want to listen to after a long day work enjoying my dinner.
I ordered on Valentine's Day to get the heart shaped pizza and wings. The online ordering said 20 minutes but when I got there I had to wait an additional 45 minutes. There was a long line of people for dine-in, skip drivers and take-out orders. It took around 15 minutes for staff to acknowledge the people ordering take-out. They seemed to prioritize the dine-in and skipthedishes drivers. My food was ready an hour and 15 minutes after ordering and was cold so it had been sitting for a while as well. This will be the last and only time I order here if this is what you get for spending close to 70 dollars. Very disappointing.
