Horrible customer service... Didn't ask me if I wanted to add any boosters, horribly negative attitude. Will not come to this location again.
Went in to get a booster juice for my nephew only for him to not drink it; so I finished it for him lol tasted pretty good
Ordered a Nuttin butter, I received it 3/4 full.It felt light so I opened it up, I thought about it for a second and then I decided to be that guy who brings back their cup and asks if something is wrong.After a good 5 minutes someone asked me what was wrong I showed them the cup, they apologize and then went to add some more materials and re-blend.Then the contents sat in the blender for about 8 minutes. There wasn't a line when this started, at the end of it there is a line of two people.There were three staff on, one was a supervisor.One staff was being trained.I've worked at businesses where I've served milkshakes and smoothies, I would never charge someone 8.75 for a 3/4 full cup.
Always delicious and they have wonderful staff.
I found drinks and service average. Smoothies I was not expressed.

Very disappointed with the quality at this south pembina location. Watery consistency and not a smoothie at all, just an overpriced juice. The service and quality is inconsistent in my experiences.
