Very disappointing ? I brought my 7 year old granddaughter for breakfast to celebrate her getting her covid vaccine with no whimpers. There were 2 other people in the restaurant. She ordered a waffle with butter and strawberries. I ordered coffee and toast. Seems simple. Her waffle and my toast were so cold that the butter would not melt. I didn't complain because I didn't want to ruin her "celebration". We won't be back for her second needle.

Quick and efficient service with great breakfast. To go coffee was offered as we finished up. A wonderful touch that I'd love to see at more restaurants serving breakfast.

Was really hungry after 7 hours on the road, and the service was quick and the food delicious!

As part of the Lobby Lounge, the Blaze at Delta by Marriott downtown does not score super high for ambience. Food however, mostly standard fare, excellent, fresh and well presented. Service, absolutely excellent and pleasant, provided by an "all in one" host, server, maitre'd, barkeeper. The restaurant itself was very quiet. The kitchen, however apparently busy as most hotel guests under Covid seem to prefer in room dining. The restaurant host is a super nice, efficient and witty personality, mixes great cocktails, I especially enjoyed his Whisky Sour and is fun to talk to. The Cheddar Bacon Burger, the Flatbread, were wonderful, wine available by the glass very good as well.

Yes 38 years towers everything closed. .. Yes

I eat here probably more then any other place downtown. Their is never a lineup to get in, it's relatively quiet...you can have a conversation without have to speak up and the food and service are always great. If your looking for good food without the typical loud dinning atmosphere, this is a good place.

The food that my wife and I had would be best described as adequate. The eggs were done well but the potatoes were under done.

We went for dinner tonight and ordered chicken burgers and fries from the burger wars menu. We enjoyed our dinner very much. They use quality ingredients and give very generous portions. The venue is quiet and comfortable and we were seated by the fireplace. The best part of our visit was our server who was very attentive and so personable. Thank you so much for a wonderful evening!

Yes the #blazeburger is solid

I hadn't been to this restaurant for a number of years and booked a last minute work X-mas lunch in December making the assumption it was still at the same level. The place was definitely slow for a lunch hour, maybe half full and the new look pretty uninviting. I ordered salmon and it was supposed to come with a puree and veggies. When it came after a very long wait, the salmon looked awful, like dry as if it was microwaved. The so-called puree was like watery soup and the taste was awful..I was so hungry by this point so I just returned the meal & asked for the soup special and salad. The salad was just okay and the soup (i think it was pumpkin) was not edible. It had a strong curry taste but zero flavor. I was actually shocked at how terrible the meal was. Also, for such an empty room the service was very slow and I felt ignored for most of it. They definitely don't have the kind of chef they had in the past, when lunching there was a treat. Would have been much better off going to Elephant & Castle attached. Will not be going here again.
