I have been to this restaurant so many times now and they always seem to exceed my expectations. The owner is so polite, friendly and energetic. He and his food makes you feel like home. No crazy spices, just the perfect balance! Would recommend to anyone. 11/10

I just needed two samosas.Very helpfully gave me with chutney which usually does not come with it. Fresh sweets. Recently ate milk cake sweet made by them very tasty and good quality. Mr Rao is very understanding.

Couldn’t give less than 1 star. Owner doesn’t know how to behave with customers, extremely rude and unprofessional. I ordered samosas for pick up, during payment they said they don’t accept credit card, so I got my friend’s card ( I thought it was debit but accidentally grabbed master card ), after paying owner called me and started shouting that why did you pay with credit even though I told you to play with debit or cash, I admitted that it was mistake and I didn’t do it on purpose, still shouting and blaming me that I did that on purpose and now it will take 7 days to get the payment as they have disputes with credit card company or something( as if that’s my fault), then I said just cancel my order, I don’t want it, then suddenly there is another customer that’s definitely his friend said that using other person’s card is criminal offence, definitely i didn’t steal the card and was paying with my friend’s consent, then the owner had other issue with another customer the same time and same guy covering for him. When I told the owner that be respectful with others after taking orders and then he tries to compensate with sweets, and telling me “ Will see you next time”, SERIOUSLY!!, definitely don’t know how to do business

If you are planning to treat youself with sweet avoid them as their behaviour will make your mood bitter!Extremely unprofessional! Most of thier five star review is before pandemic, when the owner was different. That time, food and services were fabulous.

Absolutely delicious food. They have the best gulabjamuns and samosas. I get sick super easy when I eat out, but I never have any issues with the food here. They are super sweet and kind people too. Also, I can't eat spicy food, but the food here is the not crazy spicy like a lot of other restaurants. I'd totally recommend checking this place out.

I want to love this place but they make it hard for us to love it. Good food but their portions are too small to justify the price. $5 for a bowl of rice seems absurd considering its an individual portion.Aside from the above, their service is awful. We would call almost an hour in advance to pick up some samosas and when we arrive they would still be working on it. Mind you, the restaurant is never busy and there is usually nobody there. Furthermore, we have been here more than 5 times and it's the exact same scenario. To bangali sweets, I hope that you see this review and maybe do something about your business practice. We love your food but your service needs an overhaul.

Amazing customer service from the cashier. He was such a happy and cheerful man who was extremely polite! Greeted me as soon as I came in and assured me that I would be helped right away. Did not have to wait too long! I went in to purchase sweets for the second time and I will definitely go again because of how great the place and the man was. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but thank you for being so kind!!!

Great food. Reminds of back home food. ????

Expensive as hell, charged me 5.99 for not even half container of rice, where other place sell 2.99 for full container. Orderd some food cost 27 where other place cost 17 for the same amount. Staff was rude. Dining area is dark, table is sticky.

Bought some sweets . Seems pretty good in taste like indian authentic food. And service was good as well. Will visit again for sweets.
