Absolutely fabulous place if you like soup! Good selection of broths from mild to spicy. Everything we tried was delicious. The veggies were fresh, the meat was good quality, and the selection of sauces was great. Everything was very clean and the service was pleasant. The all you can eat is a great value if you come hungry!
Parking is a little tricky if you're going mid day but there's lots of side street parking around so it really isn't an issue. This place is pretty neat. Staff are friendly and helpful. It was my first time and they explained it all no problem. So it's a faster version of fondue. I got the spicy lamb broth which was quite good but not super spicy and they have a menu with 70 ish items to choose from. You can do a pick 5 or a all you can eat for about double the price. I got the lamb, beef, sweet potato,udon noodles and mussels and they were all awesome! There's also a sauce menu. Food cooks pretty quick but there's enough time that you can still mingle. Would recommend for a light or heavy meal!
Our family celebrated my son’s graduation at this restaurant, and FIRST time I experience that you cannot share your food with each other. There is a lady and a guy who comes out of the kitchen that stares at us from the counter everytime, wth! Food isn’t even great. The lone server is so accomodating though… still will never come back here ever again.
A wonderful hot pot restaurant with an amazing variety of broths, noodles, sauces, and ingredients. Just lovely food.
I love the concept of hot pot sooo much so I wanted to try it for the first time, the broth was delicious (my partner also really enjoyed the meat options) it was also such a bonus that the restaurant is wheelchair accessible the reason for the 3 star review was mainly service related unfortunately, We we’re not given a run through as first timers and kind of left to figure it out on our own, our server didn’t seem keen on answering any questions and didn’t care to be around our table much.
This was my second time ever trying hot pot, my first being around 12 or 13 years ago and I remember not enjoying that first experience. This time around was so much better! It helped that there was only a few of us and a couple of them were experienced hot potters lol. Loved that we were able to create our own sauce to dip in and the selection of meats was quite vast! Already looking forward to the next time I go!
Could bea little more direction and clearer menu options but overall great experience and food.
Little hole in the wall, offering multiple options of hot pot with all the fixings. Good service, good food, it does get a little crazy when full.
I'm not experienced with hot pot but the staff were so friendly and so accommodating. First timer or experienced I'd recommend this place for sure! The vegetables are so fresh, the meat is perfect and the broths and dips are amazing. If you're even a little curious PLEASE go and try it!Celebrated a 7 year anniversary and we couldn't have been happier. Recommended for casual or that special event in your life. The broths were always refilled before we could even ask, and the service was attentive.
This was my first hot pot experience but not my husband's. Service started out excellent as there were only 2 tables, including us. Once it was a little busier (4 tables including us) it became a little sporadic. There was a decent selection but we felt it was missing some staple vegetables like carrots and onions. Overall it was good and we do plan to return at some point.
