For what it is, I give Applebee's five stars. It's not in the same stratosphere with some of the amazing places we've eaten but for a chain restaurant with generic food it's pretty darned ok. You know exactly what the food will taste like, how the drinks will be presented and the general atmosphere.We had a large group on a Friday night and they were able to accommodate. And we got a nice quiet corner which is also a bonus. Oh! And no loud blasted music, that alone deserves a five star rating.The hostess looked like she was in training but she did her best. The server was perfectly attentive. I think we also got our picture taken by the manager which was an undeserved honour.
Family birthday party of 13. Service wasn’t the greatest, very slow and disorganized. Took forever for her to sort bills out, had lots of corrections.I also got the feeling they more attentive if you ordered drinks.For the most part food was good. All you can eat shrimp was fantastic! I had the quesadilla burger, okay, but should be taken off menu tortillas too crispy to be a burger sandwich.I’m on the fence if I’m going back.
Our experience here was awesome! Our server was super attentive and friendly, the food was fast, hot, and tasted great, and the drinks were really affordable. We went to celebrate a graduation and all the staff signed a card and gave it to us with a coupon inside for our next visit! They went above and beyond. Will definitely be back.
I went yesterday to celebrate my birthday with my family (4 people and a baby). What a disappointment I had.I had gone to Applebees on the Regent location, and it was great. Delicious food and excellent service. On Grant, the server was great, but she took more than 10 minutes just to come to our table. Getting the food, it was at least another 40 minutes. My wife's food (ribs) was burnt. I asked for pasta without sauce, and they had to change it because they had forgotten. Bill came wrong...I'll not recommend the restaurant to my friends.
Server was good, very prompt with the drinks. Although the line cook could not seem to bring a steak to a medium as I had requested but instead I received a portion that was cooked to well done not only once but twice. I would be weary to return.
If I could give a lower score I would. Ordered via skipthedishes and ordered cutlery. Order was confirmed and when it arrived at my hotel room, it had zero cutlery. Hot food is not meant to be eaten by fingers. This really made for an extremely disappointing experience. I know most restaurants do not pay close attention to issues on skip, unless someone is asking for money back. But the long and the short of this, if you are ordering from Applebee's from this location and you are in a hotel, pick a different spot to order from as attention to detail is not practised here.

Had a bad experience here. From the moment we enter red, we were not allowed to seat where we wanted while the restaurant was 10% capacity!! Good came very late, even water came late.. the staff are friendly and the manager was very helpful and saved the day. But the staff are not trained well enough. Food was very tasteless ! Would never go again !!I wish it was anything close to Apple Bee’s-US
Really enjoyed my night here... The food and drinks were amazing and very reasonably priced! ... We had a server called Dee and she was fantastic. She tended to all of our needs. She was very attentive and anything we needed she was there.Great night at Applebee's!!Great restaurant.
Had a good burger with fries. Wife had chicken with a cheese pasta that she didn't like very much. They offered to replace it which we passed on, we didn't want to waste any more food. Instead, they just removed it all together from our bill. Appreciate it. Mel was a great server. Cheers to the staff.
