The evening arranged by Whistler tasting tours was a thoroughly enjoyable evening. Our hostess Christine made us feel welcome and kept us moving between the various destinations without the feeling of being rushed. We started at the Bearfoot bistro for some delicious appetizers as well as ‘sabering’ a champagne bottle. Each restaurant brought a new course -appetizers, main course, ice cream and finally a cheese and fruit platter to end the evening. We had a group of 10 and it was great to have great conversations and laughter. This is truly an experience you should add to your list of ‘must do’
This is a fantastic experience. Our guide Luke was fun and totally knowledgeable. He struck a great balance between educating, guiding and entertaining us and giving us time to relax and enjoy the food. Restaurants were all excellent. We wouldn't have been able to visit so many of the top Whistler establishments during our visit without this tour. Hope to come back. Thanks Luke!
The best experience! Christine was an amazing guide. She was so helpful, had great recommendations and was so kind and knowledgeable. We loved the food, especially the tiramisu and ice wine! Everything was seriously so good and it was great to hear about the history of Whistler and get to see some more of the area and restaurants. Thank you!
I rented a car with my wife and nice hotel in Whistler for our couple anniversary, 2 hours before arriving, they canceled on me. Host was extremely rude, doesn't answer questions on when I'll be getting a refund. Unfair that we must cancel 24 hrs in advance or be penalized but they can cancel whenever they'd like. Photos of the conversation will be provided if they claim threats and try to pin this situation on us as they have done in other reviews.
This was such a fantastic experience. The restaurants visited were all excellent and our guide, Christine, was exceptionally knowledgeable about the places visited and the area. A highly recommended experience for a delicious night out in Whistler
Great experience! The most fun evening I had in Whistler! Our guide Bria was amazing, a real Whistler local. The restaurants were pretty close to each others, a few min walk in between. Each restaurant was ready to receive us and the food and drinks came very quickly upon our arrival. I wished the appetizers/soup had more food though! My husband was still hungry after the tour.
My wife and I had a fantastic time on our self guided lunch tour. I was a great way to spend and afternoon and experience some of whistlers culinary scene. The features at all restaurants were amazing and service was quick, friendly and knowledgeable at every location. We just told them we were with the tasting tour and they had us seated and enjoying our food and drinks within minutes. The menu was planned out perfectly and felt like an extended 5 course meal.We will definitely be trying this again on our next trip to whistler.Trevor K
Fantastic experience, my second time on the lunch tour and my husbands first.Every restaurant was accommodating with our dietary restrictions and we never felt like we were missing out.Incredible value and wonderful service at each and every spot. We were so full we had to pack up some of our food at one stop & had our incredible 5-star snacks later!
We had a fabulous time on our Hidden Gems tour. Christine was organized and knowledgeable about the five restaurants we visited. Each place had tablets set aside for us and all the food was beautifully presented and delicious. She mentioned that we should be thankful for the First Nations people who share the beautiful landscape with us. Great job. We highly recommend the tour.
We were a group of 22 participating in the Finer Things Dining, and I have to say every one of us thought it was fantastic! The food was awesome at every stop, and there was plenty of wine consumed too. The wine sabering was fun. Our guide Bria met us at our hotel and lead the way. She was a fantastic host and we really enjoyed walking between the different stops, burning a few calories before each course ;-). Would definitely recommend this tour to everyone!
