I use my coupons here all the time. 2 large blizzard for 9 bucks. Milkshake 2for 1. sundae 2dollars. Take home ice creme etc. My favorite ice creme place in whistler.

We ordered our tasty ice cream treats and enjoyed them in the Olympic park across the walkway. Friendly staff so we had a good experience.

Got a blizzard with extra toppings and it's just a cup of ice cream lol.

Incredible service. Tons of fillings in my blizzard. Love this place.

Walked in there and waited to be served.... No one approached us or said hi. 2 guys were standing in the front talking non sense, so we left since they didn't seem like they wanted to serve any customers and make money today.

Excellent Service. They fill the right amount of ice cream in a cup.

Good service

We stopped in here to warm up after sledding. The staff was nice. We wanted to order a warm drink, but they had none. We tried to order a soft drink and their only choice was pepsi. It was a good place to warm up, but not a lot of drink choices.

It’s far queen. At Whistler village. Stop for treat. Line out the door. Good eh!! Nope no one home. Only one working store. One order at a time. Burgers, fries whatever. One server. Waiting forever. Especially spring break and only one cooking, Drinks, ice cream etc..... Go figure Can’t recommend supposing I wanted to.

We were a party of 8 looking for some hotdogs and blizzards. Walked into the shop and a lady was standing at the till but did not greet us — which is fine, no biggie. We got the kids to sit down and told the lady we need a bit of time, apologies. I think we got an “ok” back. Mom needed the ladies’ room so we asked politely, which in response she pointed “there”. Where??? We are looking at the plaza right outside the shop! Then my oldest one asked about the size of the blizzards, and she shifted her body to show the display behind her and literally pointed. At this point mom got completely pissed by this person’s attitude and suggested we go somewhere else. To be honest, I was standing at the counter the whole time and made the move to apologize for the delay in ordering, but overall I felt not one ounce of welcome from the person. She was impolite and pretty much came across as very rude. I wonder how long a customer-servicing business can last when the shopkeeper is like this.
