I visited on July 14th about 10AM. Super long queue about a half hour wait. Only 3 or so people working. Super slow taking each order. Not a good experience. I won't be back

Big lineup here . Working too slow .It’s better to order through app then sit around there , wait 15-20 min for your order .

a very disappointing experience, cashiers were unwelcoming and couldn’t crack one smile. I did not receive my Timbits I ordered and had to stand in queue again to receive them. The store definitely needs a refresh of staff friendliness and customer service.

Busy at breakfast with understaffed crew. Manager did her best. Messed up order

I watched an employee grab a rag out of a soapy bucket and wipe down a machine, and then walked over to the case and served donuts with the same dirty-soapywater-glove.

HORRIBLE! My bagel had WAY more butter then it needed- to the point the bagel bag was dripping! My sausage breakfast sandwiches were cold and I didn't see any of the staff changing gloves between orders or even between taking money then making food. Gross!!!

Just a quick use of the bathroom at this Timmies in Whistler Village. But they didn't tell me I couldn't or demand I buy something, so kudos to them!

Customer service was good, they respected my mask exemption which was very appreciated!! 5 stars !!

This is the worst Tim hortons i have ever been to. Today 15December 2021 i visited the place in the morning around 1pm. The staff wasn’t friendly at all, they were a bit mad instead because we had a slightly bigger order. When we asked for help, the cashier denied and called the other cashier to get the order. The coffee we got wasnt fresh either.This is not how Tim hortons service is supposed to be.Totally disappointed ?

We stopped in near closing and got a box of timbits. They were tasty, and the cashier was pleasant.
