You can never go wrong with Old Spaghetti Factory. I’ve been to multiple locations throughout the US and their food is always consistent - top notch. Compounded with excellent customer service!Food was excellent! This location includes soup or salad, bread, and desert with your meals. Clam chowder was excellent!!They were very busy, yet exemplified top notch customer service.

Delicious food, it was a quiet day at the restaurant so it was pretty quick too. The good quantity is definitely more than one person can eat, but it was good food. Cozy little restaurant with resort entrance. The food also came with complimentary dessert but we were too full for it.

The best staff even on the busy days! The old fashioned decorations and the theme was very nice! Even if you are not hungry, (if there isn’t a big line up) you should just go in to have the french onion soup! It is really good. The waitress who assisted us was very smart and she knew and remembered exactly how we wanted our food! Always make sure to add prawns! They make all the difference. Good experience totally worth it. (Ice cream is good too! Especially the pistachio gelato)

The restaurant was dirty and the food was greasy and oily ! It didn't smell fresh. Sorry to day , but it needs a total make-over!

I wasn't offered a salad (and didn't ask), didn't like the ice cream, that comes with the meal. But I really enjoyed seafood fettucine alfredo, lager beer and cheese cake. Service is great. The interior is beautiful. Portions are good and the prices are unbeatable.

We have been here lots of times, it never disappoints and is excellent value for money. There is a varied menu and the free bread, soup or salad and ice cream make it a real bargain particularly for families. The prices are great value and we have never had a bad meal there.

This is a pretty big restaurant in the Crystal Lodge hotel. Family meal here on a busy Sunday evening. The food is cheap and cheerful, but nothing special - I would guess fairly bulk produced. Portion sizes are generous but flavour a little lacking. Staff were each looking after lots of tables and run off their feet, definitely working hard and there were some hard to please customers in there!

Food really good, served nice and quckly. You have to book as this restaurant gets really busy especially at the weekends. Staff very helpful. Nice and clean,

I appreciate the deal and amount of food you get. Specially for Whistler, you’ll get a good deal here. However, not sure if they are under staff or so, because they sure are busy. they were a few mistakes in or order, (they run out of a dish and my niece had to be waiting for it) and the bill was messed up. The gelato and margarita are amazing, had tried better fettuccini Alfredo thought

Id like to start off by saying that I’m not trashing this restaurant, this is more so constructive feedback type of review. I’ve worked in the industry for nearly a decade and maybe I can pick up on certain things that the average person would not but… My server felt very uncomfortable and therefore lacked personality when speaking to my friend and I. As a first timer at this restaurant, I would of liked some recommendations. I ordered a cosmo, which came in the wrong glass and garnish. Once I received my food, the salad came with the wrong dressing and my dish was lukewarm and was offered pepper/parmigiana half way through my dish. I don’t like to complain, I was just sadden by my first experience at The Old Spaghetti Factory.
