Excellent food and wine in a lovely steakhouse setting. Very enjoyable last night of our stay at Chateau Fairnont.
The tomahawk steak was perfectly cooked and exactly as expected - a gigantic novelty. The sides were delicious, mashed potatoes/cheese, mushrooms, boc choi and fresh bread. Had the beef cut been a little less fatty, I would have ranked the food a 5 star. The service was beyond top notch - highest praises!!

Fine dining at its best, in Whistler. Using as much locally sourced produce as possible, this is a must if you wish to enjoy a memorable meal. The wine list is extensive and the service first rate.

A truly memorable dining experience. The menu provided a wide variety of food choices, along with an extensive wine list. Much of the produce is sourced locally. The service was very attentive but not intrusive. The Grill Room is a must, if you are staying in this area.
