Went to this place 2 weeks ago! Unlike the reviews, the new ownership has drastically changed the management , customer service and overall appeal of the place!! The staff was very professional , approachable, and accomodating to me wanting to customise my sandwich! The new owner was there and was himself ringing in and ensuring the customers were satusfied. The place was clean and all the ingredients and breads were fresh!! The place has got a makeover!! Must visit!! Defiteky going back again!!!
Real nice place to grab a bite!! Highly recommended especially after its taken by new management now!! They are really doing a great job⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
New management is great. Place looks alot more cleaner and they are always open now. Will be going often now.
I see that I'm not the first one haha. Don't get chips, they'll be all crumbs. I watched the owner take charge of moving the chip bags around so furiously, it was quite a site. No regard for the delicate contents whatsoever. I'm sure it's not the first time. The tuna was so full of mayo (I guess mayo is cheaper than tuna) that it leaked everywhere and right through the bread.
The sandwich was not of a good quality.
Guy working here was extremely rude. Very unprofessional and don't know how to talk to people. He has a tattoo on arm saying kulbir. He is very rude should never visit this place.
The usual. All good. But don’t expect surprises because there are none. A franchise is a franchise for a reason.??????
Extremely unclean, food and spilled sauces on the tables, floor, overflowing garbage. The establishment was Extremely hot! manager walked back and forth through the building only wiping down a cabinet he kept going into. Completely ignoring the filth within the building.The bathroom was HORRIBLE. The only toilet was over flowing, and every inch of the bathroom was covered in filth! Another customer made it known to him that the toilet wasn't working & he never addressed the issue. Major health concerns/ violations for this place.
Should never visit this place. To get sub even on weekdays, you have to wait minimum 45 minutes due to under staffing. No spinach, green olive, only 3 tomatoes for foot long subway, no separate knife for vegetarian. No receipt. Drink is flat from machine and refuse to refund or change. Rude employee. Pickle cucumber had fungus.On top of all subway manager will just say sorry by email & will ask you to com again .Don't throw your money here.
Says closes at 9. Show up sorry we are closed at 8. I tell them online it says 9 he says no.
