The front end person the other day was extremely rude! I’m not sure what his problem was but I’ve never had that kind off service at a Starbucks! Customer service was terrible!! Wont be going back there!

Terrible ownership. Bad management. Severely understaffed. 35+ people in line. 45 minutes in the line up to get a coffee. Absolutely ridiculous. 3 staff members. As a GM of a restaurant this place needs at least double the staff, more if they are in training as they seemed to be. Most people walked away. They can definitely afford to spend more on labour and pay more to the employees.

The place was crazy busy this morning, lineups were long all the way till outside of the store. A lady called Gemma took our order, even with the short-staffed busy atmosphere she was so kind to ask how we were doing! Service and food here is just amazing, thank you!!

Definitely the worst drink I've ever had from Starbucks. Maybe it would have been good if they got the order correct.. I don't know. Somehow mistook lemonade for milk which made for a really strange drink. Too busy in there to ask for it to be remade.

Employee taking orders did not seem very keen on being at work. He was definitely not what you expect from Starbucks (I think he is Australian! Hehe).Seemed lazy and uninterested in the good customer service you find at Starbucks.The rest of the team was great.My drink was pretty good.

Wherever you are and there's a Starbucks it feels like home. Same price, same tastes hence the same name.... Lol

The new staff is so rude, I asked for a brown sugar first he gave me white and I said brown. He just threw the sugar and when I asked for stirring stick, he threw 3 of stick on the counter while I only asked 1. Super rude!!! I think you should training your new staff. I am a local i ve been to starbucks almost everyday since 2019.

Very busy Starbucks but still manages to have great service. Special shout out to Janelle for being very friendly and offering great drink recommendations.

super busy, but customer service was great and my drink was perfect :)
