I was visiting from NB, and I had the special, it was good, no complaints, except for the chilly breeze you got sitting at the bar. The server warmed me up with some great coffee, and I may say she was very pleasant. I'd definitely go back if I lived here. Thanks.

We tried this on our way to whistler village, the diner has really cozy vibes. They have a variety of things, the good was good and affordable. The staff was very friendly too.
We had a pretty grim journey to Whistler involving missed connections and a cancelled shuttle, arriving in resort late at night. We really needed a large filling breakfast to fuel us up the next day and that's exactly what we got. Big plates with a mixture of typical cooked breakfast fare (eggs, bacon, sausages), maple pancakes and the local delicacy poutine (basically cheesy chips and gravy, as far as I can tell). Probably not the healthiest meal we've ever had but completely hit the spot.

The big a** pancake is possibly the best pancake I’ve ever had. My family comes up to whistler every year and every time we head back home we go to south side dinner simply because of the big a** pancake. As the description on the menu says the pancake is as big as the plate they serve it on. Great service and even better food is the least you can expect from south side dinner.
