Writing this review just to clarify that the previous picture of Donburi wasn't that accurate. The bowl looked way better when I visit here.

Wow, what a serious dissapointment. I ordered sushi takeout for my daughter and me and went to pick it up and was surprised at the cost. $100 for two people. Just to be clear I order sushi often in Vancouver and it's usually $40-45 for the same items. I failed to notice (my bad) that the tuna tataki was $40. $40! For tuna tataki! I have eaten tuna tataki a lot and never, ever have seen that kind of price. I figured I must have accidentally ordered a party platter but no, it was just a sad, small container of tataki. It wasn't very fresh which was salt in the wound. It didn't get any better when I opened up the rest of the rolls. Sad, small things, fish not fresh, no love at all. I'm writing this to save you from making the same mistake of ordering here. It's sad because I feel like some businesses in Whistler make no effort to deliver a decent product - by virtue of location they are guaranteed a revolving door of paying customers. This is one of those places. I'm sorry Sachi sushi, but you'll never see another dollar from me and hopefully others will save themselves from the same fate.

Stopped by for a solo meal. It was amazing! I was warmly greeted by the host and was served by an equally friendly server, I think Michelle? I never mind eating alone (currently on a Me-Cation) but they were extra friendly and it made the experience match the excellent food.I had the soft shell crab kaarage and honestly I would have had 2 orders but that would be embarrassingAlso a above par selection of nigiri sushi with a glass of white wine.I'm so glad I chose Sachi over the other Japanes6 places in Whistler, thanks guys!

Solid owner. Best box sushi hands down.Incredible attention to detail and a locals joint.Owner is down to earth, always respectful.Good people.D.

Great sushi! A bit pricy but overall pleased with everything qe had. Tea is free but you have to ask for it.

Service was the worst I’ve had in a long time, the server was rude and incredibly unhelpful which unfortunately ruined our evening there. The sushi was good though, so maybe opt for take out? Definitely wouldn’t recommend the edamame though, they were served cold with no seasoning which is very unusual so they really weren’t enjoyable.

People in front of us were seated instantly, no reservation. Suddenly it was an hour and a half wait, with rude service! Put our number down and they didn't even text us.Won't be wasting my money here.

Best Japanese restaurant in Whistler!Very good experience, big amount of food compare to the KA-ZE, the Gyoza here is delicious(very thin dumpling wrapper!).The size of sushi here is very big!

Arrived at restaurant was walk in only. Was told it would be 90 mins before table available. So said they would text. Received text 90 mins later replied and said we would be there. Finished our drinks in bar and headed to restaurant waited out side in queue for 5 mins only to be told they had given our table away as we were 8 mins late. Offered to wait inside this time could be unto 30 mins so decided to go elsewhere. Very poor customer service

Highly recommend for a family sushi night. Host and waitress were really friendly- everything was yummy. We’ll definitely be back when we come to Whistler.
