We came here to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary, as my parents had told me it's really good. The lobby is STUNNING and a great place for photos. I had made our reservation well in advance online and indicated in doing so that it was for our anniversary (they ask if it's for a special occasion). We were greeted and seated promptly. They have coat check which is nice. When being seated, the hostess also asked if it was a special occasion so I again mentioned that it was our anniversary. Our waiter, Tristan, was extremely knowledgeable of the menu and very friendly and attentive. We were offered still or sparkling water- I chose sparkling. I assumed both were complimentary so was very shocked to see a $9 charge on our bill after the fact! He should have mentioned this is an extra charge. For drinks between the two of us we had: the mint and honey infused sour, the Jamaican snowstorm, and an espresso martini. All were absolutely delicious. For food we had: the carpaccio to start, the gnocchi, linguine pescatore, and tiramisu. The carpaccio is one of the best I've had- everything it was paired with made perfect sense and we ate every last bit of it. The downside is is apparently it usually only comes with one small piece of toast. Our waiter offered to add extra for us, but this ended up only being two other small pieces for a $7 up charge which again, was not conveyed. Both pastas were very tasty however the gnocchi was quite bland unless eaten with some of the blue cheese it comes with. Both portions were a little small for the price point. For dessert we had the tiramisu which was perfection- highly recommend.Since I had been asked twice if it was a special occasion, I expected our waiter to say something and possibly offer a complimentary dessert or something as is usually the custom at a higher end place. However, it was only AFTER I paid and mentioned this again directly to our waiter that he became aware. Apparently no one had conveyed this to him! As soon as he became aware he offered us each a complimentary glass of Prosecco which was very nice and made us actually feel special- I only wish I didn't have to say something to him myself. I expected the staff to be more on top of that.Overall: the food was decent but not mind blowing, and the surprise up-charges and lack of communication between staff left a bad impression. However, the cocktails are delicious and the atmosphere is unique. So when deciding whether tocome here, it depends on what you value most. For me personally, it was not worth the $200 bill for one dinner out.

Hubby and I get away from the kids for dinner while staying up at whistler. We didn't have reservations but luckily the bar seating had opened so we could walk in!! Incredible food and drinks, I highly recommend, best Italian food

Took a trip to Whistler to see the top of the mountain and ate at Quattro March 15th. What a fabulous drive to the resort! You can't use the elevator from the parking garage without a room key. Very dangerous for wheel chair users as the trip out and around is treacherous and hard for the person pushing. The gates go down on the entrance at six so you are also locked out after you eat and you have to go all the way back inside to use the elevator. Parking is also not validated. We had a half bottle of 2018 Tignanello, Blue Label scotch, iced tea, mineral water and Pepsi. The waitress from Collingwood was just lovely as was the sommelier. We started with prosciutto di parma for two, very high quality sliced with a hand wheel. Then the Carpaccio Senape with quail eggs I asked for balsamic vinegar. I drizzled it over the Carpaccio, so tender and so delicious best I have had anywhere. Entrees Gnocchi al Schiacciare with squash and hazelnuts such a fabulous texture delicious and light. Pappardelle Bolognese with eight hour braised beef which was fabulous according to my guest. Fabulous wood fired bread with high quality balsamic for dipping. An epic meal sadly no room for dessert.

We REALLY enjoyed our dinner here. The ambiance was great - cozy, yet still elevated. The food was fantastic. I especially enjoyed the arugula salad with toasted marcona almonds. The smoked old fashioned was also 100% worth the hype. The pasta I ordered was also fantastic - rich flavour, tons of depth. 10/10 recommend!

What a great experience from the food, to the wine and to stellar service from Andrea and Mathieu. We started with the Caesar salad, which is the best I have had yet. Perfectly dressed and the sourdough crumble gave it a great texture. I had the fusilli with mushrooms and truffle cream sauce. Wow, super decadent and simply delicious. The homemade pasta was perfect. My husband had the seafood linguini and he practically licked the plate! We finished with the tiramisu and it took me back to my days when I studied in Italy and the school cook made homemade tiramisu every Wednesday. So authentic! We are wine fans and Mathieu did not steer us wrong with the Laughing Stock blend. It was superb. I highly recommend this restaurant. We will be back next time we are in Whistler.

Wow! It was my birthday and I had the most pleasant experience at Quattro… Bill was serving me but every single server was involved and attentive and the drinks were fabulous… We had a few different cocktails and they all were so unique and tasty. I must say this was one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you to the chef, the managers, the bartenders, and of course Bill. 10 out of 10 recommends

Delicious food, lovely ambiance with very friendly, helpful staff. Really enjoyed the anti pasta plate that looked amazing, along with the lovely blackened cod

Overrated. Mix up over time of booking and still waited over an hour for our starters. Sat below an air conditioning vent so in a cold draught. My blackened cod was good, but served in tepid bowl with an almost cold accompaniment. The dizzy meeter greeter then couldn’t find my coat when leaving. There are better restaurants in Whistler than this who seem to discriminate against parties of two.

Don’t eat here and especially don’t order pickup from this restaurant. They told us it would be 45 min until we could pick it up so that’s when we arrived. We paid and were told they where boxing it up right then and it would be just a couple of min. We waited outside in the cold for 50 min before we got our food. I can only assume they didn’t even start making it until we arrived. Then when we ate the food was no where as good as one would expect from the price. All together one of the worst dining experiences I have had.

Very nice restaurant! Our server Christian was excellent: Very knowledgeable and professional. Food and wine were top notch. The tuna starter was delicious, and the black cod entree with angliotti was superb. Extensive wine list. We will definitely be back!
