I was so hungry and excited that forgot to take my picture of the food when it got to my table. I ended up taking a picture after I started eating lol. I order the Hiyashi chuka which is a Japanese cold ramen. It has a light soy/vinegar sauce coated on the noodles. It is so refreshing especially on a hot day. The noodles were chewy and bouncy. It wasn’t over cooked which was perfect. The jammy egg was yum. I got the combo which meant I got a beer and a side of Brussels sprouts. The sprouts were super crispy and had a nice seasoning. Would definitely recommend after a long day of hiking or just trying to escape the heat.
Service is great and fast!Asked for recommendation and I ordered creamy vegan noodles + egg + pork. The egg is amazing, the broth was great too. Pork pieces was average and that’s why the lower rating. Great warm meal for the cold weather outside.Make sure you ask for their spicy shaker.
Had the Big Mountain ramen (shoyu) + side and beer combo. The ramen was really good, noodles were great, soup was flavourful, and fefinitely a lot of toppings. Unfortunately the side was not great. I ordered a pork gyoza and whatever was served was not it. If there was meat, it was ground so fine you can't see or taste it...instead the filling was mostly greens and korean glass noodles.A bit on the pricey side but expected for Whistler dining.
A wonderful hot meal in the middle of the cold day, the ramen steeped in a warm, flavorful broth, accompanied by tasty charsiu slices.Loved the decor of the venue to mock up a japanese street, and the friendly staff really rounded off the experience.
Excellent food, excellent value. Cosy restaurant with good service. The best meal we’ve had in Whistler by far. A much needed break from burgers and pizza.
Excellent Ramen with great taste. Staff were friendly. It took a little while for our ramen to come out but it was worth the wait.
ありがとう !!Ultimate RAMEN, OH MY!Creamy Miso Vegan Ramen.. say no more. This joint is dope! Love it! First off, the aesthetics of this place is a great vibe, authentic and real laid back. Staff are great.. super friendly, approachable and extremely talented at serving incredible grub with efficient service. A fantastic location in the heart of Blackcomb village and the ultimate post snowboarding hot meal.Great recommendation from the server as I was debating between Vegan options. The Creamy Miso Vegan Ramen is rad, super tasty and incredibly yummy. Everything tastes incredibly fresh, great flavoring whilst not being too salty at all. The shitake inside the Ramen tastes so good, words cannot describe. This is honestly one of the best Ramens I have had in Greater Vancouver and Whistler, this joint is my new go to for sure. They have a great range of delicious vegan options, love it. I love spicy food and sauces so had to try the house hot sauce, 10/10.. perfect. An awesome balance of garlic and heat with great aroma. So good, I was even treated to an extra portion to take home!!We also got a veggie gyoza which tasted incredible. Extremely fresh and homemade tasting like soft dough goodness. The ultimate Japanese comfort food. They also have a killer Fujiya Foods next door selling some super tasty delicious Japanese goods.Support local businesses! アダム
We found this cute ramen restaurant while we were visiting. It was so delicious. Ramen was 10/10 Spring rolls and gyoza’s also a must! The restaurant was very unique. It’s not right in the main village but worth the visit!
It was a bit of a cold night for us so we were craving something warm and some soup. I looked up this restaurant prior to going which had reviews that satisfied my boyfriend and I. There is a small Japanese market next door and it also looks like the kitchen is shared with the izakaya but this part of the restaurant mainly focuses on Ramen. My boyfriend ordered the combo with ramen, beer and a side of gyoza whereas I just ordered the ramen. We both got Miso ramen, and it was very good - good ramen noodles and portions are big, and the broth is really good too. I'm not sure if it's because of COVID that they are short staffed but the food takes time to arrive. The atmosphere and architecture of the inside is really nice. The staff doesn't regularly check up on how you are doing with food though and not much of a service since there seems to be only 1 guy making the ramen that was later joined by another staff and two people on the floor. Otherwise, good food and would like to come again when I'm in whistler! There is parking outside and it is within walking distance pretty much like every other place in whistler village.
Creamy vegan ramen is SOOO good! I loved the shiitake mushrooms and green noodles. My partner had the spicy vegan tofu ramen and loved it too
