This is a OK pizza. Good size for a slice to go. Staff was very attentive and nice. Checked it out because I was told it was the best in whistler. Its just OK as I said. Pretty shy on the toppings and sauce taste didnt grab my taste buds. Have to say I would rather drive to Pemberton to get a superior pizza at Backcountry pizza.
Great pizza and good people! We ordered three large pizza's for take-out and were impressed with both the staff and food. The pepperoni was very good, but the sausage, mushroom and hot banana pepper was the winner. We also loved the greek garden.The pies are not quite deep dish but are definitely closer to a pan pizza than a NY thin crust. We loved the crispy cheese along the crust.I highly recommend after a hard day of skiing! Thanks Functional Pie!
Super friendly staff and super delicious pizzas! We got the butcher and Cali BBQ. Very good! Worth the wait! Two pizzas were enough for 4 adults who didn't have lunch and skiied all day. Only recommendation is ask for pepper flakes as we forgot and none came inside.
Amazing vegan pizza. We sat down and inhaled it within 10 minutes.. literally the best vegan pizza. The staff were shocked how quick we ate it ??
Probably the best pizza in the Sea to Sky. The crust is perfection, sauce is tasty, and ingredients are just quality. Do yourself a favour and try these guys!!
My family don't eat garlic but the sauce of functional pie has. After I contacted them, they specially made some tomato sauce without garlic for us. It's a very kind offer and the pizzas are very delicious. We highly recommend this store.
After reading a couple of reviews, we decided that it might be worth the the 34km (17 km each way) drive to pick up the Pizza. So we ordered a large BBQ Pizza with pineapple and the verdict was the drive was more than worth it. The pizza was totally amazing!
Tucked away at the end of a road in Function Junction, we wanted to give it a try. Ordered two pizzas...smelled soooo good in the car. When we got them home, they were even better tasting. By far, the best in Whistler. Will be back soon!!!
Absolutely fantastic pizza. By far the best American style in the Whistler area. However I'm baffled how they make money. They don't deliver and aren't open past 8pm. I just happen to have worked a summer job in function so I've been able to sample this delectable pie. But for most people in the village functional pie remains an elusive mystery. A delivery service and later opening times would surely lead functional pie to the monopolisation of the Whistler pizza scene. Please please heed my call. Whistler needs you. Fat tonys and avalanche and laughing to the bank with their, at best, mediocre pizza.
This is the best pizza place in Whistler, trust me. Why should you trust me? I have a dog so that’s why you should trust me.Actually the dog is my wife’s. I didn’t really want the dog but she felt the need to fill a void from a deprived childhood. She never had a pet. Now I’m paying the price, so it’s all my mother in laws fault really. He is cute though….Anyway give the pizza at Functional Pie a try, you won’t regret it. Trust me :)
