⭐️3.5 Stars⭐️Came here for a girls weekend and sat on the beautiful patio looking over Nita Lake. Nice and quiet and cozy atmosphere! The food was a bit pricey but was really tasty nonetheless! ? Our server was okay, but he wasn’t very friendly and didn’t check on us very often at all. Didn’t seem to care about us very much. Other than that we had a nice time together and the location and view was a real treat!
Really wish I could give this place a better rating. The staff were friendly and the food was mostly delicious but it was such a long wait. The kitchen is so crazily understaffed. We came around 2:15, so during their happy hour, and were denied seating because the hostess was trying to not back up the kitchen too much, which should have been a warning sign. She ended up seating us after about 15 minutes, and from the time we ordered, we ended up waiting 40 minutes for our food. We were so close to leaving if it weren’t for the fact that we didn’t like anything else in the immediate area. The food ended up being delicious, except the waiter did not tell us that changing the side of fries to a salad would be a $4 upcharge. That’s pretty ridiculous, and it ended up being not that great - lettuce/dressing was fine but the croutons were a shortbread texture, instead of a crispy crunch. I really enjoyed the mushroom and pear pizza and the tuna salad. We were starving after hiking so the wait for the food (and the price) wasn’t worth it to us, but if you’re in the area for lunch and don’t mind waiting, it is a nice restaurant with a lakeside view.
An amazing hidden Jewel! We found on our walk (Valley trail). I had recommended the nachos, but my husband recommended salads. The salads are AMAZING!! And so are the roasted olives! Great atmosphere and service. If you get an opportunity TAKE IT. They also have a kids menu. BONUS!
Adem was a wonderful server both nights we had him. He gave us great recommendations on things to do while staying and made our experience 10/10. Next time we will stay in Nita Lodge after such a nice time in the restaurant. Food was amazing, especially the Mac & cheese!
Located at the hotel. They have an outdoor heated patio with fireplace and heaters. Great location to unwind, cocktails and snacks. Their pork poutine is the best. Great staff and you can also walk out to the frozen lake or the view point. Lit up at night for a romantic spot.
Food was mediocre for what it was. It's like they just tipped out the bottom of the nacho bag. Terrible bar service. Wait service was non existent while they all hung out on their phones. Ordered 3 beers. Not kidding, 15 minutes later they turn up. There is no crowd. Bartender was an absolute [email protected]@ . Asked to turn down the TV he was the only one watching. Literally just walked away. Server came by at one point to ask to clear a very full table. Sure. Never came back. Had to actually walk back to where they were all hanging out to ask for the bill. For a place that charging 26 bucks for a burger the service should be impeccable. I was so embarrassed for recommending the place to my friends.Brutal. Just brutal.Been coming here for years. Done.PS if you are looking at the menu photos....all the prices are at least 5 dollars more each item as of Feb 2022.
Beautifully decorated room. Had the famous burger - delicious. Servers were friendly and food came hot and yummy. Had to wait a bit to get the bill after we were done but in that regard we didn't feel pressured or rushed to vacate our table. More like 4.5 stars. I do recommend.
The Cure Lounge is located within the Nita Lake Lodge and Spa, on Nita Lake in Whistler Creekside (ten minutes' walk from the base of the Creekside Gondola). We walked in (the Lounge did not take reservations at the time of our visit) and were seated within about ten minutes. Very good food - straightforward burgers but nicely and quickly cooked (we've seen some reviews complaining about slow service but that was not an issue on our visit). Some slightly strange desserts (my first time eating pumpkin cheesecake). The Lodge is gorgeous - my wife did ask why we were not staying there instead of in a local condo! Nothing in Whistler is cheap but Cure Lounge was very reasonably priced compared to other restaurants.
Yes, the place is expensive. BUT, they have absolutely amazing food and it’s worth it. I am celiac and there are so many crunchy chicken options in dedicated fryers. The buttermilk wings are glorious. The chicken burger is superb. The tenders are amazing. All gluten free, all great. The fries are also in a dedicated fryer! One of our go to spots when visiting Whistler now!
Amazing. For all the staff shortages Cure is able to keep it going. Why? Great ownership said our lovely server who has been with the company since 2014. A toast to all the great owners of businesses in Whistler; keeping the doors open because you have earned the loyalty of your Teams!Thank You!
