Delicious food! A bit loud, but was a great dinner. Servers were friendly and quick. Highly recommend the pesto pasta and calamari. Pesto pasta had great flavour. Pizza was a bit on the small side considering the price. Calamari was so tender and fresh! The spaghetti and meatballs were pretty good as well - nice big meatballs. What was most surprising was their housemade ricotta. For $22 you get a tiny scoop of ricotta and a few pieces of bread. The bread was way too crusty (I genuinely got nervous I chipped a tooth, and couldn’t finish my piece). We thought it was a rip off when we saw it, but honestly the ricotta was delicious with the honey. We just wish it was a bigger portion for the price.

We have visited Whistler so many times, but it is my first time here. Knowing this place gets very busy, we made a reservation. We had the Pan Fried Squid, Fried Brussel Sprouts, both great. The squid was so tender and fresh, and the brussels were flavourful, especially with the capers and small olives. The mushroom pizza was tasty too. The dough was soft and chewy and the mushroom was perfectly cooked. I also loved the seafood spaghetti, which had a rich tomato sauce, very tasty with each bite. I am glad we had the best experience tonight, and I will highly recommend it to anyone who likes Italian food.

Had dinner here and it was great. The service was good and the food and drink great. You really need to book as its a popular place

A really delicious meal we had here. It’s very busy so make sure you book. Unfortunately the first time we had to leave the table after an hour and a half, but we booked a table later the second time and we could stay for the whole evening. The chicken was delicious and definitely order the truffle mash! Polite staff and clean toilets. A must go when you visit whistler!

Most of the food in whistler hasn’t been enough to write home about. But the meal at caramba was great! Especially the braised beef cheek bourguignon. I literally died of happiness tasting those flavours. We also got the chicken and that was delish too, especially the Brussels sprouts

Valentines dinner prior to going to a party. Had the calamari a la plancha, sautéed spiced jumbo prawns for starters. Mains included the caravan burger, and the cioppino. Everything was very good, but the calamari a la plancha was indeed out of this world, this is how Mediterranean calamari is cooked in my opinion.

For an après-ski chill, or for an après-anything, Caramba! is a great place to hang out. Not as loud as other spots, here you can actually hear a conversation and you are not shouting to be heard. Their Happy Hour is a good time to go there, tried 3 of their tapas and they were sensational: Patatas Bravas, their take on a Spanish classic, flavourful and nicely spiced; Calamari a la Plancha, great texture with their delicious garlic + lemon touches; Sautéed Garlic Prawns, the lemon herb butter is sinfully rich. Next time, we need to try their wood oven pizzas, they look fantastic! Happy Hour also includes a few specials on drinks, of course, all quite good. Their Jumbo Caesar includes 2 beef sliders, deep fried pickles and pepperoni... a winner! Prices are quite reasonable and the service friendly and attentive, definitely coming back... FYI, Covid protocols continue to be followed, have your face mask on when you come in, and your vaccine passport/ID ready to be checked.

This place was 5/5! Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. Our server Sarah was great! Highly recommend the brussel sprouts and mac and cheese.

Absolutely fantastic wood fired pizza! Staff is friendly and wine list plus entree offerings are pretty good all around. The crispy lamb and jalapeno pizza was amazing. Tiramisu was equally tasty for desert. 10 for 10 would visit again.***Came back two days later and had all different items. Each was incredible in their own right and the service was top notch yet again. This place won't disappoint!
