Ordered The Spot's Zoo Sticks and a side Caesar Salad for lunch. Always love the zucchini sticks, which come out hot and nicely breaded. They're great for sharing, but can also just be for one person! Was able to secure a table for 4 with no wait at 1:15 pm on a weekday, however the food took awhile to arrive. Our server seemed aware and let us know it wouldn't be much longer. The restaurant wasn't busy so perhaps a short staff situation? Either way, service was friendly and the items were satisfying for lunch!
Moving day & the crew was famished. Stopped in for a tasty bite to fuel up before continuing with the journey that is moving.We noticed the Carolina BBQ burger. So grateful that we did! This is a delight. Paired with the Spot Salad this was a flavourful meal. So very good. You should try it!The service today was outstanding. Attentive and pleasant. The restaurant is clean and inviting.A great break in our busy day. I'd say this was the best White Spot experience I've had.
Coconut Shrimp taste so good ! We also had the pineapple sambal chicken burger and that tasted so good, very tropical with the pineapple sauce. In fact so good that I forgot to take a picture

I ordered the Chicken Broccoli and Cheese dish. Unfortunately I was very disappointed! The broccoli was not cooked properly, way too hard. There was too much breadcrumbs on top. The sauce was too thick and not enough of it. And it didn't at all have a curry favourite like it's supposed to! Very bland taste. It used to be my favourite dish to order, but it has changed, and not for the better! The staff were very nice at this location though, so that was a plus!
We had the waffles and strawberry sauce, but the sauce was so tart even the whipped cream didn't help much. Nobody is ordering this to cut down on sugar consumption, so please make the sauce more sweet and tasty. Don't know how the blueberry sauce is but was wishing I'd ordered it instead.
I hardly write reviews, but I thought our server, Thomas, was amazing and I just wanted to thank him for being so attentive to our large group.The food at this place was slow... it felt understaffed... and some of our mains came out a bit cold...But I'd give the service a 5 star.We were 2 large tables - one of kids and one of adults. He made sure to double check with the adults when the kids picked chocolate milk for their pirate pak and also if it was ok to give them dessert (while the adults were still enjoying their meal). I thought that was pretty nice. And he was very detail oriented when we were ordering. Anyways - with the busy holiday season - and the pandemic - he made sure everyone was taken care of. It turned out to be an enjoyable evening.
Had dinner with family. Seated without having made reservations for six. Staggered arrival of party members. Service was provided by Farshad. Professional, polite and proficient. Excellent service, followed by great food. Even catered to the two children who were with us. Extremely pleasant experience with terrific service from Farshad and the host. A great Vancouver tradition.
Being a local chain it is evident that you will find dishes with varied food, comforting and with good ingredients. The service was a bit slow and I found the place run down in terms of cleanliness. The food seemed good and abundant. moderate prices but not cheap. I would return to try the breakfasts.
This is an old faithful Canadian food joint. Their staff at this location are old timers who are very professional and efficient. It has nice quiet booths and is quiet. Great breakfast spot.
