Friendly staff and good views. The restaurant wasn't too crowded and would have been nice if we had the window seat. The cocktails, main dish and dessert were good.

My friend invited me to this spectacular place.We sat at a table by the window when it was a unique view. The food was very good and the service was excellent. If you want to get away from the city and and go to a magical place, I recommend it.
Salmon House is very classy, known for its view of English Bay, and, serves exquisite seafood based meals. I had the Salmon Trio with Shrimp Risotto and it was perfection. Great for special occasions..or just a memorable time! Bon appetite!

The food was disappointing ?Go there for the view, drinks and service. We all ordered a fish dish, salmon, salmon trio, halibut special, and all were overcooked. There’s no excuse for this as a place that specializes in fish. The service was fantastic however, and so was the view and the drinks.
I wish I could give 10 stars! We love a lot of restaurants but this is by far our favorite. My husband and I come here for all of our special occasion dinners. We know we’re always going to have the best tasting food, wine and most of all amazing service. They have long term, very friendly staff. Their view is to die for and the atmosphere is welcoming and romantic.

My fiancé and I visited Salmon House on the Hill for the first time for our second Valentine’s together. The atmosphere and view were both spot on. Not too fancy and the right amount of comfortable. The view was spectacular as well. Just wish we had been seated at one of the window tables! The food was great and the service excellent. I would highly recommend this restaurant for a date night. Try to get seating by the window and try to go when the sun is setting!
Hands down my favourite restaurant on the North Shore. We go there for all special occasions. Amazing food, ambience, wine list and views. Can't say enough!
