Mask mandates are gone, so the staff at this location decided that it's definitely not necessary to wear masks anymore. That's despite all the other fast food joints having masks in place, and a significant portion of customers still wearing masks. It's a shame, but still gets 3 stars as its one of the healthier and delicious options available at this food court.

Very nice food pretty fresh, very polite and friendly staff who helped me in choosing my meal and it was the best experience for me

I ordered from skip the dishes and the courier did a fantastic job but the store did not. The sticker claimed that the person checked for accuracy but there was no SPOON OR FORK OR NAPKIN!!! That is not an accurate check.

Why do they say they’re open until 8pm with mall hours and I arrive to find they are closing and cleaning at 7:30pm?!?… And they were rude about announcing their closed (early without notice).

Probably the best Opa there is. Top notch service. Seriously I'm super impressed.

It’s always great when your expectations are surpassed. Having missed lunch and being very hungry I asked, hesitantly and sceptically for a lamb souvlaki and Greek salad with lamb not too cooked as I generally like my meat medium rare. Despite the nonchalant appearance in taking my order I was delightfully surprised to see they had paid full attention to my request and had done such as excellent job that I ordered a second skewer which was equally done as well. Though can’t say too much about fast food I must applaud this outlet and their quality and pleasant service. Well done.

The only tasty thing was the chicken souvlaki and there was only one stick. The rest was balnd and dry. My cesar salad had no bacon bits and no permasian cheese...smh

TASTED SO GOOD. Such good quality and left my tummy feeling nice.

This is the amount of tomato AND onion they put into the Santorini Salad, after I had asked them to put more of both. You can count the pieces...Other than that, terrible customer service.

I work at the mall, so from time to time I come here on my break for lunch. Opa is one of the more expensive options at the mall, so when I go, I’m treating myself. As another disappointed customer has already said in these reviews, this location CONSISTENTLY, left me unhappy with my experience or food. I don’t think I’ve ever come to this location and was happy with the outcome.I usually order the opa platter, with chicken and Caesar and I ask to pay for 3 extra tzatziki dips. They usually don’t give me all the dips, after I pay for them (sometimes they charge me, sometimes they don’t) and then when I ask them, they act like I’m stealing from them or as if it wasn’t something I literally paid for. Another time they gave me Greek salad, and I let them know, and then they just chucked everything in the container and put it on the counter without giving me utensils, and again, acted like I was inconveniencing them. The picture shown here, shows an Olympus bowl that I paid 9 dollars for… I got two scoops of rice, and maybe 10 chunks of tomato, jalapeño and onion. 9 dollars… really? Again he just chucked it all in the bowl as you can see, asked if it was to go, I said yes. He puts the lid on and gets it all saucy, gives me a knife and then I ask if it comes with tzatziki (which I know it does) and then he fills the cup maybe a quarter of the way and throws it on the counter.I don’t want to spend half my break waiting in line, waiting for it to get thrown in the container, to spend 10 dollars or more for this quality of food or service. You guys have one woman working here who you can tell she’s trying her best to make things better and the rest are a bunch of meat heads that could care less.As a store manager myself, I’d be ashamed to have this team representing my company.
