We made a big orders but even then the staff delivered very well, the food was pretty good and the service regarding our requests were amazing especially from Brayden.
This restaurant is rundown. There is literally an area in the dining room where the ceiling is falling apart with rot, I mean, can you say a turn off for an eating establishment or what. News flash, Vancouver is a rainy city. Find a way to compensate for itAll the workers are rude, one of the only good workers you had is that girl with the blue hair, she’s always polite and timely, and now that I hardly see her anymore it’s barely worth coming. I’ve only come through that drive through a few times but let me say whenever shes there to helps me out, it always feels like I’m the most important customer in that momentGood people are hard to find, maybe try to make a point of appreciating the few this location has. Otherwise you’ll lose a lot of customers and quickly~T
I actually left because my card declined and had to go to the car and get my purse but I'm so glad it did. Ordered at the kiosk and machine failed so I had to pay at the counter. The worker made a mistake and cancelled my order and had to ask for help. She said that she was going to get in trouble for asking for help which didn't seem like great management is going on here. Someone came to help but I guess the manager came and asked her why she cancelled the order. The original worker said it was her first time doing this mistake and the manager asked back " is this ur first time taking ur order" then as I kept trying my card, I told them I had to go back to my car and get another card and all of them rolled their eyes and said OHHH MY GOD. I left but I knew I wasn't going to come back and just go to the Five Guy's down the street since it's always great service there. So disrespectful and the management seems terrible. I haven't been here in awhile and now I know why. While I was leaving, another customer was complaining. Do something about this.
Stopped in here on the way home from watching "Hamilton" at the Queen Elizabeth Theater. Great show and performances by the way.Stopped here as West Vancouver is pretty dead as far as night life goes. Hutterite comunities I've been in are more lively. Not a lot of choice.Cleanliness an issue, looked like just two workers doing the counter AND drive through orders. Also they barricaded off the washrooms for some unclown reason.Nearly $15 for a "Big" Mac and "Spicy" McChicken sandwich. At least the latter had mayo on it.I kicked my own a$$ later as I realized I could have spent a few dollars more, we could have split a Double Double with endless fries from the nearby White Spot, at a clean table with some nice music.Oh, well, live and leatn.
Feels a little dirty, orders incomplete, taste of the burgers pretty good though, but the fountain sodas very bad, not sure if syrups expired or the mix was bad... There was something odd in the sodas
Cold food from when I left the window! disrespectful manager with a bad attitude. I get that one of the hardest jobs is working fast food and have compassion but I don't appreciate working a long day to pay for a meal that honestly feels as If it's been sitting out just to be handed off to whom ever shows up for it and when trying to have a respectful conversation for a solution I am met with somebody who shouldn't be running a store. Overall I'd place this a 0 but a 1 will have to do and won't be coming back!
The place was a quite dirty (of course the clients play a big part in that, but it should still be desinfected and cleaned properly more often). The fries had no salt at all and the chicken wrap was not properly wrapped so everything just fell. We love mcdonalds but the quality really changes from one location to another.
One of my favorite breakfast places. I love the breakfast burrito with extra salsa and the sausage mcmuffin with egg. If Edna's there she'll have your order processed so fast. She remembers your previous orders like a computer.
I asked for golden brown fries ? to go with 6-pc chicken nuggets and strawberry milkshake; fries twas a bit on the cold side I could feel the oil solidifying. The chicken nuggets were not all that fresh either.I can tell when food has been sitting for sometime. I went there cuz it is a fast food resto so I expected to get food fast and fresh-made.
Waited forever for curb side pickup only to get cold fries. No apple pies, no ice cream, out of donuts, only fruit n fibre muffins…SLOW SERVICE
