Our first time at hot pot. Our meal was fantastic, and our food was fresh. Portions are very large and filling. Above all our server did an exceptional job explaining how to eat it. She was very pleasant and friendly. Not from Vancouver, but if we visit again we will be coming back!
I just ate here yesterday . There wasn’t a lot of people at the restaurant when we went to dine in , it took a long time for the server to come . The food honestly didn’t taste good to me , nothing special . Took the mushroom soup base and AAA beef and shrimp ball and handmade noodle . My bill was over 50 dollars . I would honestly be fine if the food tasted good also you have to pay extra to get sauce . The server brought cup to serve tea which had something black dirty on it . She quickly removed it with her hand and was gonna serve me tea in it . I said I won’t use that cup and she said let me get another cup. I just used my cup which I had for water .It is now 1:55 am and I am feeling sick in my stomach after eating there can’t sleep. I almost feel I am gonna vomit . I will definitely not go back to this restaurant . I have gone to other hotpot restaurants but this place isn’t good at all .
Super friendly staff, helped with the Hot Pot experience by sharing tips, recommendations and advice. Food was great, but not the cheapest Hot Pot place, but the service is #1 which makes up for the cost.
This place is so great in every way, tonight we were there for my dads 92nd birthday. Delicious food, amazing service and owners that are so fun. Leaving there feels like leaving a good friend's place every time. Till we dine again
Wonderful customer service! Extremely friendly, humorous, and generous people work here. Food is to die for absolutely recommend the spicy soup!! They also have delicious dipping sauces for your food after it’s been in the tasteful soup broth! Definitely coming here again ???
All my visits with this place would be 5 but my latest experience was just average(I brought my parents here first time and the service lacked that day). I would give 4.5 if that was an option. The meat quality here is unmatched for the price we pay. We tried all tiers of their meat and would recommend their AAA beef. Best bang for your buck. Give their homemade plum juice a try...it's delicious!
We always come here for their hotpot but we ordered fish this time. It’s better than we expected and the portion is huge. The fish came with lots of veggies so definitely a good deal. Even my daughter likes it.
Best duck. We went for the hot pot and it was great. We got two broths, hot and thai. The hot one was nice and spicy and the Thai came with a couple of shrimps and a bit of seafood all was wonderful. All the extras we ordered were great from the ribeye steak to different vegetables and different meats. So highly recommend the hot pot. However, what amazed us was, the duck. We also ordered the duck and it was one of the best ducks I've ever had so that was a total surprise and this is the place to go for the duck
This was my family’s first time eating Hot Pot and it was terrific! The service was lovely and fast, a perfect duo. The workers were very kind and helped us navigate through your first hot pot experience. The meat was so good we had to order more. 5/5 definitely recommend if you are looking for a new place! P.s dipping sauce, it was a game changer!
I was walking with my son nearby and he really needed to use the washroom. It was the closest place I could find as this was an emergency - he's only seven! So we duck in to this place and ask them politely if my son could quickly use their bathroom. They said NO and pointed and grunted towards the mall.Listen, I love hotpot, but do you know what I love even more? Good human beings. I'm not a Karen but I recognize a parent in need and know what it's like for my kid to suffer. These people were brutal at just being good. And for that, I recommend going anywhere else. Avoid please!
