Great sushi and great prices! ?

TL:DR: A really solid, local sushi restaurant.I find myself struggling with sushi restaurants sometimes. There are some really expensive ones in the lower mainland, and many of them are overrated.I find it really difficult to find that solid middle ground place that still has nicely executed fresh sushi. This place is it.Great service, a limited menu (a good sign), and very fresh sushi that is tidy in execution with good rice texture and thickness. As you would expect from a Korean run sushi restaurant, the fried items are excellent. We saw a table next to ours who clearly knew the owner and they ordered some non-sushi items which looked excellent. If I lived in the area I would be here all the time.

Love it small dining very good rolls very clean lovely staff working great parking right up 1 block from the ocean in west van . Try the baked cheese roll

Terrible customer service !!! With only 3 tables inside the restaurant, we were waiting for 30 minutes for few simple types of sushi rolls. To my question about our order, I was told that they are very busy with preparing take out orders))Just no comments…!

Quality sushi with great service ?

Wow. So good. Great value and they actually give you what you pay for. Great customer service. High quality ingredients. My West Vango-to sushi ??

Decent sushi but for the price its definitely worth it

Smaller than average Bento box but good quality food. A bit frustrating experience....I requested a yam roll with my bento instead of California roll (I don't like the crab) offering to pay the difference. Instead they just added it to the bill replacing the Cali roll from the meal so I ended up with a 25$ Bento lunch and a small one at that.

It's pretty cheap/low quality sushi. Nothing bad, but just low quality. The chicken karaage was bizarre...they were like meat balls and tasted nothing like karaage. Many better options out there.
