The best burger place in Canada! Ingredients seems simple but the burger tastes great. I love the portion of large fries. They are hand-cut fries and it can be too salty for some people but it was okay for me :) And free peanuts are lovely...! They go well with burger and fries. I ordered to-go this time but I will dine in next time for sure!The delicious burger makes my day!!☺️
Typical fast food burgers and fries are variable in quality, depending on how much time has passed since cooking and assembly. Five guys solves that issue by cooking to order, a process that takes seven or eight minutes. Because their burgers and hot dogs are not prepared before a customer orders, you can add anything from a long list of toppings and condiments. Suit yourself. That's a key. My burger had two thin meat patties lightly crusted on the exterior but still juicy. One "small" order of fries was hot, crisp and well seasoned. My only complaint was the serving size. It went beyond generous to excessive. Of course, we wouldn't want to eat in a restaurant that is not well maintained and staffed by people who seem happy to be there. On my May 2022 visit to the Park Royal store, housekeeping was in perfect order and the staff was friendly and attentive.

Pretty solid options and value strictly for the toppings which are included with every burger order. Service is friendky and pretty quick given the many customizations available. The fries are great! Pro tip: don't bother taking the fries out of the bag; rather, take the burger(s) out, then tear the bag open and enjoy the fries in the bag.Appreciated the fresh, never frozen beef patty - the beef flavour was very prominent. The made-to-order burgers, the fries and the service are all top notch here. The staff are excited to be of service and clearly passionate about making sure customers have a great experience. This restaurant is spotless, by the way. We will definitely be back!
Good burgers and great fries.The fact that you can customize your burger is always a plus, and also the free salted peanuts in the middle of the shop are a great way to get you busy and snacking while waiting for your burger. The extra crispy fries are fried in peanut oil, which makes one of the best fries I've had with my burger in this town. The fries don't taste like frozen fries that you get at most burger joints. I've even seen the huge bags of potatoes in the dining area, which adds a cool vibe to the experience.

Fries come are also deceptively large portions as they overfill the containers they come in by at least half more.Friendly staff, clean and well organized grill. For the fastest and easiest way to order, place your order on their mobile site and it's usually ready by the time you show up.
The best burger I have ever eaten, not only is it delicious you can also appreciate the fresh ingredients! If you are going to eat a quality hamburger, this is a 5-star hamburger!
I visited here in late Dec 2021 with my partner, and we both really liked the food.This is not a massive menu, but it works well. The prices are between fast food burgers and pub burgers, and the quality is quite good - better than many pub burgers.Regular size is 2 patties, small is 1 patty. The buns are pretty good and the selection of toppings is quite nice.I think the staff did a very good job of the preparation, both in how they make our food and in their speed.
