Everything about this DQ is wrong. Poorly trained staff, high prices, unprofessional manners, dirty workspace, etc.
MANAGER PLEASE READ THIS!!I went there about 6pm on Aug7,2021 and i ordered 2 drinks and it was busy but i still was watching them make it. The lady dropped my cup on the floor and picked it up and I thought she would throw it away and get another but no she poured my smoothie in the same cup! It is a plastic cup that does not cost 5 cents!This is unbelievable I didn’t say anything because there was a lot of customers but i spend $8 on a drink and throw it away like how could she do that?! The cup was on the floor. UNBELIEVABLE
Completely unsanitary. Went from touching cash to sticking her hand into the cup that she was going to use for my drink. She was the person in charge of training the new guy. When I asked the guy who was being trained for the cup to be switched out because of the germs that were now in it he was polite and told the girl who was making it and she responded with “whatever” and continued to try and use the same cup. The guy in training stepped in and switched out the cups. I feel her response was unprofessional and her lack of sanitation to be scary, Especially since she was in charge of training people.
TLDR: waited too long and left even after paying, staff using unsafe hygiene practices.Took over 5 minutes to get a small plain dipped cone. With no queue in front and a team of four, how could it take that long?No communication on why it was taking so long. I waited so long that I didn't stick around to get my cone or the refund.Also watching two of the staff plunge their hands into the smoothie machine to get it working, without wearing gloves or showing they washed their hands ensured that i made the right decision
Every time I go here, they are closed early, like 15-20 minutes before the mall closes! They always close early! You'd think they would want the extra business, its ridiculous.
