The coffee and baked good are quite good, but what really shocked me is the PIZZA!I happen to be the (self-proclaimed) leading pizza and ice cream coneseur in Western North America, and it is my expert opinion that the pizza at Crema is EASILY top 3 in Metro Vancouver (biggest contenders being Farina and Via Tevere). The marinara sauce is beautifully seasoned and flavourful, the cheese is fresh and high quality, but the real kicker is the dough - perfection!Creme Cafe Bar needs to consider a rebranding: Crema Pizzeria and Cafe.
Very beautiful spot to have your daily coffee with lots of choice to choose snacks and complete meals ,sandwiches, Pasteries...It's always busy because of good and fresh food .It's very close to the beach in west vancouver and you can grab your coffee and walk through beautiful beach and park infront of coffee shop.
Cafe Crema is one of the best cafe bars in West Vancouver. Well situated, clean and well organized, friendly staff and quality snacks. Its my to go place for daily latte and sweets but I have noticed people enjoy the breakfast and sandwiches as well.
As much as I absolutely adored this cafe many years ago when I was growing up here, it’s not the same anymore. Vibes are too loud & too expensive. Wowza! Expect to pay almost double for a coffee and pastry. Not worth it though.Pro: Outside sitting was very nice! And bike parking was a fantastic change to see!I recall Crema to pride in their craft but when I saw a cappuccino made (while waiting for my own drink) this “cappuccino” absolutely repulsed me. Man am I glad I didn’t order that. Because that is NOT a cappuccino. If you’re going to charge that price, it better be one of the best in the city.
Great place beside Ambleside seaside for have coffee and meet friends, you can order drinks, pastries, sandwiches & pizzas! sometimes hard to find place to sit (they did some upgrades recently for more space) I choose Cappuccino & Lemon bar that was delicious, a little pricey but It worth. (I like outdoor seats specially in sunny days)
A great place to grab a bite with ample indoors seating and a few benches outside. This is a full service Cafe with all the expected coffee-related goodies but it also offers cold sandwiches and wraps, as well as a hot menu including wood oven pizzas cooked right there on the premises. We tried the Mushroom pizza and it was delicious. It does tend to get busy during lunch time but seats are set apart to accommodate covid regulations. I highly recommend this place to meet up with friends.
Today a free coffee with croissant!Thank you!Nice atmosphere!Recommended
I've been here two times now. Coffee is very good, good crema for sure. Great place for desserts and pizza. The best is their pecan bar - excellent. Not very sweet or oily.
Really love that they have vegan croissants and other vegan pastry options. Stopped by this morning and had the seasonal peach scone and it was great! Good coffee selections as well.. just a little pricey. But love the renovations!
Crema Cafe Bar. This is where the locals hang out! Well situated, and newly renovated/expanded during the pandemic, it is so busy here at times I feel they could expand again! The reason it is so busy is that it is SO GOOD! Our favourite thing is poached eggs on toast, I like the pork belly bacon, and the roasted Brussels sprouts. During the reno they installed a pizza oven. This is the only "coffee shop" I know of that has a pizza oven. Yesterday, I finally had the opportunity to try their oven-fired pizza. I ordered the "sausage and hot peppers pizza" I added to the sausage and banana peppers by adding onions, mushrooms, and chili flakes. Some items like chili flakes are complementary, you just need to make the request. They also have draft beer as well as can beer, and a selection of wine and cider. Otherwise, their coffee is what brings us there regularly. The outdoor seating looks out over English Bay. It is truly a relaxing spot even when it is packed. Thanks to the staff for keeping Crema a landmark in Ambleside, West Vancouver.
