Very poor service. Super cheap with food volumes. Definitely NOT a good deal for the money.
This place used to have decent ,healthy and fresh food .It’s been a while ,not sure manager or employees fault ,but food is disgusting and horrible .My son and I got food poisoning from this place .what a shame .Never go back there again .
I love this place. The best priced Mexican food I've found anywhere. I will say the serving staff, at this location, is a bit skimpy and I have to keep telling them to add more.
I would have given them half a star if that was possible. They only gave me a half scoop of chicken, they were out of 4 ingredients and everytime somebody needed a refill and they called for one, the 6 chipotle workers gossiping behind them would tell them to shhh and continue talking. And now they charge for water cups? What's going on.
We don’t have chipotle in Alberta so we stop every time we are in Vancouver. Twice in one weekend visit. Love the burritos and queso!
Ordered through Uber eats and they didn't send over half my order. The food was gross, not even remotely warm or hot. I'm not sure why everyone raves about chipotle.
In my bowl tonight there is this plastic in the meal. Hope the store can follow up
Honestly I dont know what anyones talking about here, love this location!! The staff are so nice and sweet everytime. One lady came up to give me napkins for my loaded burrito after I had sat down. The burritos and bowls always are loaded and its like holding a newborn baby from the weight. Everything looks and tastes so fresh and it is our go-to spot for a fresh and healthy meal. To all the staff members behind the counter, thank you!!!!
Good staff. Was at the store when I accidentally dropped my bowl right after buying it (the bowl bent and slipped), and they were willing to replace it free of charge. Good food as usual with Chipotle other than that.
Please train your employees better or hire new ones, they are constantly messing up my order and when you are ordering more than one burrito or bowl goodluck. they have zero composure and are rushing and screwimg my order up even though there is no line/no one behind me. Pretty frustrating when its an ongoing issue I have gone to other options purely because of the incapable staff making the bowls/burritos.
