This location is in the center of the village with a cozy, clean and warm environment and a nice patio for chilling in these warm days.I love the selection on their menu, even during happy hour. They are Very polite and sensitive servants to guests' needs.I love to go there any afternoon and have a cold glass of beer.love it and highly recommend it.

Extremely rude staff and an unwelcoming environment for a woman. I am disgusted with the experience I had at cactus club Park Royal. When I came to the hostess stand I was immediately given a dirty look by one girl and the other looked at me up and down from the top of my head to the bottom of my shoes. I was also not wearing anything outrageous and I was to dress code. When we were given our table the server barely said anything. My boyfriend and I were given extremely unwelcoming looks by our waitress. The waitress also put our menus down in an aggressive manner and was passive agree for most of the night. I am not sure who is running this establishment, but they need to think twice when they are hiring people who work with the public. I paid to go for a nice birthday dinner with my boyfriend, not to be in a cliquey environment. And our food didn’t come until an hour and 45 minutes after we ordered it. I will not be coming back to this location ever again!
The burger was burnt, and the waitress was in a rush to send us out. She did not even ask us if we want the bill, just put it on the table. They want you to eat as fast as you can and go out immedietly so they can seat more people and get more tips. It was like we were in a fastfood resturant.

I used to enjoy spending my dinners here with my family, however, unfortunately this location has been diminishing in every aspect, especially their service and guest value. The last few times I’ve gone to this location, the service by the waitresses has been dull, they take long to check up on you and greet you, the dirty dishes remained on your table until you had to ask someone to take them away. The atmosphere no longer feels welcoming and uplifting, instead, they make you feel as though you are not invited to remain seated, unfortunately the waitresses were rude and showed attitude. I’ve always liked their food but the other locations provide better guest services.
I like cactus club but I wish they have better selection of the food. I am sick and tiered of the same menu for the past 10 years!
I’ve been going to cactus for over 20 years. We used to get burgers for <$10 ?Excellent food, great atmosphere, and friendly servers.Cactus is always a safe idea ?
Food is usually good and consistent. The service sometimes is inconsistent. The bar is not good at all.
We had a fabulous meal on Valentines!2 could dine for $72. We had the lettuce rolls to start- fantastic, then I had my fave butternut squash ravioli with prawns, and my partner had the steak, very very good and decent service! Desert was the Lava cake, yum, yum,yum!
