Recently, I visited here and ordered iced green tea latte and hot chocolate. But they gave me a hot green tea latte and I asked for an iced green tea latte, but they showed me a container of green tea powder and got angry that it was expensive. And they laughed at me and cursed me. I ended up leaving the store without getting a drink exchanged. And the taste of latte was the worst. It was neither the taste of milk nor the taste of green tea. Their drinks taste like trash. It was the worst experience I had in Vancouver and I don't want to come here again. They were really the worst.
My family and I had an incredibly unpleasant experience at the Blenz coffee shop in this town. I ordered a green tea drink with ice, but a hot drink came out. In response, we ordered a green tea drink with ice and asked for an exchange, but he showed a price list of green tea powder with racist remarks and asked why he drank it when there was no ice.(I just drank a little to check after I got the drink.) And they showed me the price of green tea powder and they told me they couldn't exchange it.
I recently visited here and had the worst experience. They didn't take my order properly, so I had to drink what I didn't want. I asked for an exchange, but they discriminated against me as an Asian. I ended up leaving the store without getting a drink exchanged. The drink tasted terrible. So I threw the drink into the trash can. I was so upset about my experience here and I never wanted to visit there again. Go to Starbucks next to you rather. This is a place that sells garbage and the service is terrible
Friendly staff with a great location right across the ferry terminal, and a bus that goes right to Vancouver. It has a beautiful view of the water, good for sunny or rainy days.
Any time I visit Blenz in Horseshoe Bay, the owner and staff are always really friendly and welcoming. My 8 oz. double Americano is consistently tasty.
Really nice service....and they were very clear with repeating the order, so customer service is a def. 5. Unfortunately it didn't save them from the skill level of making the drink. A simple rose yes latte...taste like dirty hot water. ...fantastic for my 2hr ferry ride home. Sigh.
Good coffee and snacks, they don’t put price with menu of snacks . Nice location good , they have free parking backside
They were busy, I got a warm *frozen drink. I went back to complaint that my slushy is not so slushy , the staff told me they are low on ice and compromising by quality of the drink by using less than half the ice, so they can make more quantity of this low quality drink. Not In the exact words, but her answers blew my mind
Great dark toast, the service was excellent and no one was rushing us out. Plus the view is terrific!
