Cheap tasting ice cream that you would find at an all you can eat buffet. Probably the worst ice cream I have ever had from an ice cream shop.
very bad welcome, not welcoming at all, I didn't need to buy anything.
If you want to ge the most disappointing ice cream in Canada. Go here. We paid $8 for an icecream that was probably kids size but offered as medium. Ice cream was not well done and owner refused to do the icecream properly .
Hi, me and a friend went to this store to get some good ice cream but the service wasn’t good at all. She handled questions quite unfriendly. The frozen yogurt is overpriced like A LOT and the ice cream tasted not really good.
Rude lady tried to charge me for her mistake. We both asked for a kids waffle cone, she even pointed at a waffle cone. I was very disappointed she tried to charge us again after she made the mistake. Horrible customer service.
I asked for the raspberry sorbet flavour ice cream come and asked my family to pick it up as I had to run out to buy something else. The staff had given a blue gross flavour ice cream which was definitely not raspberry. Such unfriendly staff and ones who don't listen to what the customer asked for. Never going back to this gross place again
Excellent icecream, many different tasty kinds. Definitely recommend, especially on very hot days.
Avoid this place at all costs. One of the most disappointing smoothies ever. If I don't tell you, you could never guess from the picture that I ordered a mango smoothie. The first time they made it, it tasted like sour milk. So I complained, and they remade it. Once again, it tasted like sour milk, but thicker. Let me remind you, I ordered a mango smoothie, but they gave me milk instead, which costed me $7.34. If you can't make a good mango smoothie, please don't offer it to your customers. If you really want to pay a visit, play it safe and get some externally-sourced ice cream.
Hot day and need to cool down get the frozen yogurt in a cup as the cones aren't so good.
Bland and overpriced. Their frozen yogurt comes as a shrink wrapped puck which a machine presses into soft-serve. It was next to tasteless and stale.
