Would not recommended. Very rude service. They do not know what customer service is and don't care about the customers' need. We asked for a receipt but the girl said they cannot provide it because we did not press a button on the credit card machine for a receipt. There is no instruction of how to get a receipt on the machine. Also, it is their machine not mine. It is their responsibility to provide and generate the receipt for the customer. Why do the customers need to know how to operate their machine? Plus, the drink are overpriced. Will not return at all.

This place was quite unique. The sago balls are made in house. I had the flagship drink and it had some kind of cheese foam on top. I would definitely have it again.
I’m giving 3 stars because of a combination of poor customer service and great tasting drinks, just to be fair. I ordered pick up from Doordash and arrived the store at the given time that my drinks were supposed to be ready. I showed my order to the cashier and she told me I had to wait while at the same time they were making drinks for the customers who ordered in the store. I understand this logic but I placed my order 30 minutes ago. If I wanted to wait I wouldn’t have to pre order for pick up - I’d just come to the store to get served sooner! I waited about 25 minutes for 2 very basic brown sugar drinks which was great tasting. If you have lots of time to waste for the day, pre ordering for pickup at this location is a great option.
I love the very unique flavours and drinks are made very quickly! Definitely worth checking out.Drinks come in two sizes, regular and large. Large drinks cost an extra 75 cents.Some drinks are limited to one size.Toppings cost 50 cents each. The pearls are amazing, especially the strawberry ones.Honestly the prices are very fair. Most drinks cost under 8 dollars for a large!-UVIC Student approved
Amazing! I had their signature milk tea with brown sugar pearls and it was the best. Not to mention they make the pearls fresh on the spot!
I love coming here! I always make sure to stop in when I am downtown. The brown sugar boba tea is incredible! The pearls are amazing, and always are super fresh.

Pearls are cooked fresh in front of you. Fresh and delicious. They don't strain the seeds so sometimes crunchy (passionfruit) but overall very tasty.
Nice to see one of these in Victoria. As always the drinks are good. Check it out if you need a bubble tea fix. I would say this place is better than the average bubble tea places around.
